The Role

We’re looking for a Senior Manager, Demand Generation to lead GoGuardian’s strategy to accelerate and convert demand across all segments and channels. This leader will develop integrated marketing programs that align with sales priorities, build qualified pipeline, and drive measurable revenue impact. A highly strategic and data-driven marketer, this leader will oversee campaign planning, execution, and optimization across digital, events, and field channels — ensuring GoGuardian’s go-to-market efforts are cohesive, customer-centric, and performance-focused.

What You'll Do

  • Build and execute an integrated, multi-channel campaign strategy to generate qualified leads and drive pipeline growth.
  • Quarterback campaign execution and ensure alignment across web, digital, content, events, and field marketing initiatives.
  • Define and report on key KPIs including MQL-to-SQL conversion, pipeline contribution, and ROI.
  • Drive a culture of experimentation through rapid testing, campaign performance analysis, and agile adjustments.
  • Partner with our Events and Field teams to create targeted campaigns in key states and breakthrough event experiences that drive growth.
  • Partner with Marketing Operations to ensure accurate data, lead routing, and attribution.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales to align on pipeline goals, coverage, and campaign performance.
  • Support sales teams with campaign-ready assets, messaging, and email cadences for effective follow-up.
  • Champion innovation, bringing new ideas and best practices for modern demand generation.

Who You Are

  • 7-9 years of experience leading B2B demand generation, with proven success driving pipeline and revenue growth
  • Deep expertise in integrated campaign development, events and field marketing, ABM, and performance measurement
  • Strong partnership skills with Sales, including experience building joint go-to-market programs
  • Analytical mindset with ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Bias for action and a willingness to be hands-on with execution
  • Experience managing budgets and complex campaign portfolios
  • Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, etc)
  • Edtech industry experience preferred but not required
  • Eager to take initiative in a fast-paced, ever-changing, dynamic environment

The typical base salary range for this position is $150,000 - $170,000 per year. The range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire base pay for this position and your pay will be determined by a variety of factors, including your primary work location, skills, qualifications and experience.
