About the Role
We are looking for a Senior MarCom Specialist to lead and execute B2B communications initiatives across PR, content, events, and brand visibility activities in the US market.
This role is ideal for a hands-on communications generalist who combines strategic thinking with strong execution skills and is comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
You will work cross-functionally with Sales, Partnerships, and Leadership teams to strengthen brand reputation, support business growth, and drive market visibility.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Marketing Communications, PR
- Strong background in B2B communications and brand positioning
- Proven experience driving PR, media relations, and thought leadership initiatives
- Experience managing industry events, expos, or conferences
- Strong content creation and storytelling skills
- Ability to independently lead projects from idea to execution
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working with cross-functional teams
- C1 English
Responsibilities
Brand Reputation & Thought Leadership
- Build and strengthen brand visibility and market reputation
- Drive PR initiatives, media placements, and industry publications
- Support award submissions, research publications, and thought leadership activities
- Collaborate with leadership on expert commentary and industry positioning
- Identify communication opportunities that support business growth
Events & Sales Enablement
- Lead marketing support for industry events and expos
- Coordinate event execution end-to-end
- Manage branded merchandise and event-related materials
- Collaborate with vendors, partners, and external providers
- Support Sales teams with communication and marketing assets
Content & Communications
- Develop LinkedIn-focused content initiatives
- Create communication materials for campaigns, announcements, and partnerships
- Ensure consistency of messaging and brand tone across channels
