About the role:

CoreWeave is looking for a high performing Sr. Manager to take a leadership role in building out its Treasury Operations function. Reporting to the Sr. Director of Treasury, this high-impact position will drive a disciplined approach to our cash management and liquidity planning efforts while enhancing and scaling our capabilities. Not only will you partner closely with bank counterparties and traditional touch points within Finance, you will also partner with the office of the CDO, Legal, and Sales to plan and support the company's rapid growth. A high level of ownership will be required as well as the capacity to develop and document scalable processes. Candidates will have outstanding partnership and communication skills, be able to handle multiple priorities, possess deep attention to detail, an unrelenting drive to get to the answer, and have the ability to thrive in the ambiguity and open space that comes in a fast-growing organization. Candidates will also be required to have mastery of Excel with excellent modeling and data manipulation skills.

This position will be based in-office at our Manhattan, NY, or Sunnyvale, CA offices. Returning to the office fosters stronger relationships, accelerates decision-making, and creates opportunities for collaboration, mentorship, and knowledge sharing that are difficult to replicate remotely.   • Drive and support strategic Treasury initiatives including our international expansion (entity structure, FX, and cash operations), capital planning, systems and process implementations
  • Set strategy across various Treasury initiatives through a transparent process evaluating all potential options and clearly articulating key decision points and desired outcomes
  • Develop repeatable and scalable processes in Treasury areas including global cash management, cash flow forecasting, risk management, and payment operations
  • Lead daily cash operations to efficiently fund operating accounts and execute payments while identifying areas for improvement and efficiency
  • Influence how we structure our bank accounts, factoring business needs and product availability, that maximizes yields and is cost conscious. Day-to-day activities include opening/closing of accounts and maintaining bank signatories.
  • Support SOX and compliance testing and reporting requirements.
  • Negotiate collateral support (letters of credit, surety bonds, etc) workflows with internal and external partners and the daily management of existing facilities.
  • Demonstrate high level of ownership while successfully leading through various initiatives and operational workflows with cross-functional teams across the broader Finance organization as well as Sales, Legal, and Ops
  • Integral team member on all debt fundraising initiatives, supporting all aspects of deal structuring, due diligence, and execution, and bringing transactions to a successful close.
  • Mentor junior team members to become future leaders within the company
  • Prepare ad-hoc analyses for senior leadership on critical banking and cash management issues
Who You Are:
  • This role is for doers with an extreme level of ownership; those able to get into the details and get the job done while seeing the forest for the trees.
  • Demonstrated experience leading high priority treasury initiatives and workstreams with a strong preference for candidates with experience in international expansions. Experience in scaling treasury operations functions is strongly preferred.
  • Highly articulate with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Capable of communicating complex financial information in an easy to understand format. Able to interact comfortably with the executive management team.
  • Ability to think creatively; Builder who is ambitious. Highest standards of accuracy and precision; highly organized.
  • Collaboratively-focused and able to work well with others in a fast-paced and ever changing business.
  • Demonstrated understanding of GAAP accounting and key non-GAAP metrics.
  • Master proficiency in software and system skills including MS Excel and Google Sheets, ERPs (Netsuite/SAP/Oracle), and TMS systems (Kyriba).
  • 8+ years of progressive experience with a strong preference for those who have developed, implemented, and managed large scale, cross-functional workstreams. Treasury or Corporate Finance experience is required. Large multi-national treasury, Big-4 accounting, or similar experience is a plus.
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States; no H1-B visa sponsorship available.

The base salary range for this role is $149,000 to $198,000. The starting salary will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. We strive for both market alignment and internal equity when determining compensation. In addition to base salary, our total rewards package includes a discretionary bonus, equity awards, and a comprehensive benefits program (all based on eligibility).
