Job Description- Advising the business community on a wide range of tax issues;
- Maintaining close contact with your customers (ranging from multinationals with headquarters at home or abroad, to family businesses with their origins in the Dutch Caribbean);
- Fiscal analysis and advice on a varied number of cross-border topics;

You excel in your field and you are a real team player. You switch easily at all levels and between different cultures. Additionally you have the following:
- A completed university degree in Tax Law or Fiscal Economics;
- At least 7 years of relevant work experience;
- Commitment to the client and values the team interest;
- In addition to exceptional expertise from various tax systems , you also have knowledge of management techniques;
- Knowledge of the business operations of a financial/business service organization;
- Ambitious, independent, commercial and you would like to develop further both professionally and in practice;
- A good command of the Dutch and English language and preferably also Papiamentu. Spanish is an advantage.
As a tax advisor in the Dutch Caribbean, you work broadly as a generalist. In particular, direct taxation but indirect taxes are a growing part of the work. You are responsible for commercial activities for tax guidance aimed at optimal tax structures for clients. With your knowledge and experience of both local and international tax law, you know how to serve the client optimally and you make the difference. Our team is expanding, will you help us with that?
