We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager, TA Operations to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for optimizing and systemizing TA processes, ensuring compliance, managing operational support, leading cross-functional projects, building and developing the TA Ops Operations team (currently team of 8).
What you’ll do:

Transform the Candidate Experience: Continually assess and improve onboarding, candidate experience and recruiting processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness, ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Drive Innovation: Strategically identify and implement process efficiencies and automation throughout the recruiting lifecycle. Assess existing processes and help optimize and leverage technology such as AI and tooling to support.

Foster Collaboration: Partner cross functionally (Legal, HR Technology, Total Rewards) to implement new process and iterate to continuously improve existing ones.

Empower Data-Driven Decisions: Lead and support monthly reporting of data and insights back to our Annual Operating Plan in concert with Finance and TA using existing tooling such as Visier.

Shape Global Talent Acquisition: Collaborate with TA managers and leaders to enable, optimize, and standardize processes globally.

Champion Compliance: Drive compliance & internal policy adherence through our candidate & new hire processes.

Evaluate and Enhance: Partner with team on position management tracking and TA tooling assessments

Mentor and Grow: Manage and lead a team while coaching and enabling them to stretch into their next box
What you’ll bring:
-
You have 5-10 years of experience in People Operations; ideally supporting TA and leading a team or a related field with people management experience

You’ve driven cross-functional projects and programs, and have system implementation experience

Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis and reporting

Proficiency in Workday, Visier and other ATS/scheduling tools an asset

Strong organizational and project management abilities

Ability to work in a fast-paced, global environment and adapt to changing priorities

ServiceTitan is committed to fair and equitable compensation for all of our employees. We thoughtfully consider a wide range of factors when determining individual compensation. The expected salary range for this role for candidates residing in the United States is between $166,500 USD - $222,700 USD. Compensation for candidates residing outside the United States will vary by location and the specific salary range will be discussed during the hiring process. Actual compensation for an individual may vary depending on skills, performance over time, qualifications, experience, and location. In addition to the base salary, the total compensation package also includes an annual bonus, equity and a holistic suite of benefits.
