The Role:

As part of the Strategic Relationships team, you will play a critical role in developing and executing DailyPay's partnership strategy within the consumer financial solutions space. This includes identifying, evaluating, securing and managing partnerships with leading companies, financial institutions, and other strategic partners to expand DailyPay's reach and enhance our core product offerings. Partnerships will range from marketplace referral engagements to product partnerships with third parties. You will report directly to the Senior Director of Strategic Relationships.

How You Will Make an Impact:

  • Execute partnerships and strategic engagements Develop and execute a comprehensive partnership strategy: Identify and prioritize potential partners in the consumer financial solutions space, including fintech companies, banks, credit unions, and other relevant organizations

  • Lead partnership negotiations: Structure, negotiate, and close complex partnership agreements that drive mutual value and align with DailyPay's strategic objectives

  • Build and manage relationships: Cultivate strong relationships with key decision-makers at partner organizations to foster collaboration and ensure long-term success

  • Support partner integration and launch: Collaborate with Product Management and Engineering on integration of partner solutions with DailyPay's platform, ensuring seamless user experience and timely launch of joint initiatives

  • Monitor and analyze performance: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) for your partnerships, identify areas for improvement, and optimize partnership performance to maximize ROI

  • Stay ahead of the curve: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities in the consumer financial solutions landscape

  • Collaborate cross-functionally: Work closely with internal teams, including product, marketing, legal, and operations, to ensure successful implementation of partnerships

What You Bring to The Team:

  • Proven track record: 6+ years of experience in business development or partnerships with a focus on consumer financial solutions

  • Strong network: Existing relationships with key players in the fintech and financial services industries. A history of collaboration with other organizations. An ability to leverage your network to learn and assess opportunities

  • Strategic thinker: Ability to develop and execute a comprehensive partnership strategy aligned with business objectives

  • Ownership oriented: Comfortable owning outcomes and being a driver of a strategic initiative or organizational priority. Seeks opportunities to take on responsibility. Drives clarity from ambiguity 

  •  Excellent communication and negotiation skills: Ability to effectively communicate with and influence stakeholders at all levels, both internally and externally

  • Results-Oriented: Strong drive to achieve results and exceed expectations. Utilizes measurement to assess status of initiatives

  • Collaborative spirit: Ability to work effectively in a team environment and build strong relationships with colleagues

  • Passion for fintech: Genuine interest in the evolving landscape of financial technology and its impact on consumers. A curious professional
