Role Overview

We’re seeking a strategic, solutions-oriented Senior Manager, Solutions Marketing & Enablement to lead the development, packaging, and commercialization of Perion’s cross-product solutions. This role bridges product marketing and sales enablement—turning product capabilities into clear, compelling solutions that drive adoption, differentiation, and revenue impact.

You will partner closely with Product, Revenue, Partnerships, and Activation teams to build narratives, deliver enablement programs, and ensure our solutions land consistently across markets and teams.


Key Responsibilities

GTM Strategy & Positioning

  • Translate global product strategy into regional messaging, positioning, and campaigns.
  • Build & execute GTM plans for new solutions, bundles, integrations, and workflows.
  • Partner with Sales, Product, and Global PMM to deliver cohesive storytelling across the Americas.

Sales Partnership & Regional Leadership

  • Serve as the primary PMM partner to the America’s Sales org.
  • Support strategic pitches with tailored narratives and product expertise.
  • Localize messaging to reflect competitive and customer dynamics.

Market & Competitive Insights

  • Lead ongoing research on competitors, regional trends, and customer shifts.
  • Own win/loss insights with Sales & RevOps to shape product and GTM strategy.
  • Serve as the feedback loop from the Americas to global product and PMM teams.

Thought Leadership & Sales Enablement

  • Build interal POVs and customer-facing narratives that reinforce Perion’s solutions leadership.
  • Build and maintain playbooks, battlecards, pitch decks, and case studies.
  • Train Sales teams on positioning, competitive differentiation, and objections.

Team Leadership

  • Mentor Solutions Marketing Specialists across regions.
  • Promote knowledge-sharing, process excellence, and consistent execution.

Qualifications

  • 5–8 years in Product Marketing, Solutions Marketing, or GTM Strategy (ad tech/martech/SaaS preferred).
  • Proven partnership with Sales and ownership of enablement programs.
  • Strong narrative development, strategic thinking, and cross-functional influence.
  • Demonstrated strength in market insights and competitive analysis.
  • Experience in multi-product environments is a plus.
  • Strong executive communication skills.

  • Research & insights tools (e.g., SimilarWeb, eMarketer, preferred)
  • Strong presentation design and exceptional written communication

 

Base: $140,000-$165,000
