Role: Senior Manager-Sales

Duration: Full Time

Job description: 

Position Summary

This is an exciting opportunity for a talented individual, with a proven track record in a sales role, to join our team for US region. The candidate must be a “hunter” with a good handle over selling process and sales cycle to identify customer needs / decision makers, key dependencies and is responsible for “consultative selling” creating differentiators and a higher value perception for the services being proposed. He/she must be able to achieve his/her revenue targets consistently. A good technical product marketing individual confident of succeeding in sales environment is welcome. 

Role & Responsibilities 

• Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets 

• Achieve lead generation, prospecting and other sales management goals designed to build an optimal sales pipeline. 

• Personally develop strong, long-term relationships and referrals with VP & CXO level executives at targeted firms. Manage the end-to-end sales process for all opportunities including initial client communication, on-site presentations, proposal creation and submission, negotiation and deal signing. The candidate is the focal point for all communication and sales activities with prospects and customers.

Domain expertise

• For one of the Los Angles requirements, the candidate should have experience in Aerospace domain

• For remaining two requirements, candidates should have experience in Medical Devices or Industrial Automation or Security & Surveillance domain

Essential Skills & Experience

• 8 - 10 years of experience with at least 5 years of pure hunting experience selling at Director and VP level. Strong track record of establishing and cultivating business relationships with 'VP' and 'C' level executives is a MUST. 

• Experience in selling Product Engineering Services  

• Experience with working offshore services company operating in the high tech domain and cultural adaptability to work across the globe with engineering & marketing teams 

• Strong technical skills with ability to find technical solutions to business problems and engage the potential customer with “consultative selling” is essential. 

• Strong oral and written communication skills and executive presentation and persuasion skills  

• Ability to interface at all levels of an organization 

Education background 

• A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering 

• MBA or advanced degree in related field (desirable)
