About the Role:

Operations is one of CoreWeave's largest and most operationally complex functions, and it requires a People Business Partner who can match its pace and scale. We're looking for a Senior Manager, People Business Partner to own the strategic partnership with Operations senior leadership while also working closely with a team of PBPs to ensure consistent, high-quality people support across the Ops organization. The right person builds credibility fast with operational leaders, thrives in high-volume and ambiguous environments, and knows how to maintain a high bar of accountability.

Your Impact Will Be Felt Across Various Dimensions

  • Strategic Partnership: Serve as the senior HR partner to Operations leadership, embedded in strategic planning, workforce decisions, and org design as we scale globally.
  • Expansion: Lead the PBP workstream on expansion in partnership with internal People teams.
  • Workforce Planning: Translate growth into headcount planning in close partnership with Talent Acquisition and other internal People teams.
  • Senior Leadership Development: Partner with Operations leaders on executive development, coaching, and succession planning for the senior leadership population.
  • Talent Calibration: Drive talent mapping and calibration for Ops leadership, holding the bar on job architecture and leveling.
  • Org Design: Advise Operations leaders on org structure, spans and layers, and headcount decisions as our team structures evolve across new geographies and facilities.
  • People Risk & Workplace Advisory: Consult on complex people matters, balancing risk, speed, and business practicality.

The base salary range for this role is $149,000 to $198,000. The starting salary will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. We strive for both market alignment and internal equity when determining compensation. In addition to base salary, our total rewards package includes a discretionary bonus, equity awards, and a comprehensive benefits program (all based on eligibility).
