What You’ll Do

The Senior Manager, Partnerships Marketing is responsible for implementing brand partnerships strategy across Authentic’s Lifestyle & Entertainment portfolio, with an emphasis on action and outdoor. The Senior Manager is an influential leader who drives marketing innovation through partnerships with brands, celebrities, influencers, artists, and retail partners. This role is responsible for defining and developing strategic partnershipswith KPI’s (key performance indicators) specific to each brand and for developing the communication process for internal stakeholders and is accountable for driving and executing breakthrough initiatives that move the needle. This position will liaise regularly with internal and external partners to assure that partnership goals are being met and that they support key sales and brand initiatives.

What you’ll be working on

  • Grow Authentic's partner database through continuous research of potential partners and generate interest to drive collaborations, through outreach, focused on action, sports and outdoor
  • Manage licensing deals with partners and ensure systems are updated
  • Lead the development of pitch decks and support collateral for brand partnership pitches
  • Participate in brand strategy discussions and planning; align potential partners with target consumer and retail audience; determine partnership tearing structure (Celebrity, Designer, Brand, Retail, etc.)
  • Partner with business development in structuring agreements, negotiating terms and see deal through to completion
  • Work closely with Brand Marketing to develop activation plans for partnerships tied to overall brand marketing strategy
  • Identify seasonal partnerships needs by brand; make recommendations, present findings to key stakeholders, and execute follow-up action plan
  • Participate in key sales and marketing presentations as necessary
  • Assist the team in deepening our relationships with existing partners

Must Haves  

  • Bachelor's degree in business, communications, marketing, or related field preferred
  • 5+ years’ experience in fashion, consumer products, creative agency, marketing, retail, or related field
  • Resourceful team player with high energy and a passion for product, entertainment, trends, fashion, culture, and marketing
  • Enthusiastic, high-energy professional with a can-do attitude
  • Highly motived self-starter with a passion for the brand and entertainment spaces
  • Ability to operate with a high level of autonomy and to manage expectations at all levels of the organization
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey ideas and present their work with ease both written and orally
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to manage own workload and meet deadlines while tackling challenges head-on and adapting to shifting priorities
  • Accomplished time and attention manager, with strong organizational & prioritization skills
  • Ability to self-manage and follow through to ably meet multiple, concurrent deadlines
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

Primary Location Salary Range:

$95,000 - $115,000
