You will use your deep investment knowledge to lead a team responsible for shaping the strategy, design, and execution of Capital Group's roadmap for new investment strategies and capabilities. Working across Investment, Product, Client Group, and Operations teams, you will establish long-term strategic priorities, oversee the development of business cases, and drive scalable frameworks that expand client access to Capital Group investment offerings. You will partner with senior business and investment leaders to evaluate opportunities, align stakeholders, and ensure new strategies and capabilities can be successfully delivered across the enterprise. You will also lead a team of associates while continuously improving processes through innovation, technology, and industry best practices.

• You bring strong knowledge of multiple asset classes, such as equities and fixed income, along with an understanding of Capital Group’s investment capabilities and distribution models.

• You have a proven track record of leading through ambiguity and building scalable, repeatable business processes.

• You understand client needs and have experience developing strategies that support growth across diverse client segments.

• You can lead highly complex, cross-functional initiatives and successfully manage competing priorities.

• You are skilled at influencing senior business and investment leaders on strategic decisions and organizational priorities.

• You demonstrate strong analytical thinking, sound judgment, and intellectual curiosity when solving complex business challenges.

• You are an effective communicator who can build alignment with stakeholders across all levels of the organization and externally when needed.

• You have experience leading and developing teams, fostering high performance, and driving results through others.

In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital’s annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
