The Opportunity:

Facet is looking for a talented and results-oriented senior manager to lead our nurture marketing strategy, execution, and optimization. You'll oversee our full-funnel lead nurture contact strategy, primarily using email and SMS, to engage, nurture, and convert prospects into Facet members. This role directly contributes to pipeline growth, revenue generation, and the success of our sales team. We're looking for a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of email and SMS best practices, CRM platforms, and data analysis. You should have a proven ability to leverage technology and messaging to achieve measurable objectives.

Responsibilities:

Lead Nurture Program Ownership: Oversee our lead nurture program, delivering optimal contact and messaging strategies to educate, engage, and inspire prospects through their learning and buying journey. This includes:

  • Nurturing qualified leads to schedule and attend introductory meetings with our virtual sales team.
  • Improving show rates for scheduled virtual sales meetings.
  • Boosting conversion through data-driven, high-impact experiences that educate, build excitement, and drive purchase readiness.
  • Establishing and maintaining the centralized "source-of-truth" documentation for all existing prospect journeys, ensuring key stakeholders can easily access and understand the current state.
  • Taking ownership of the cross-channel nurture project matrix, closely managing timelines, dependencies, and deliverables to ensure all projects are completed accurately and on time.
  • Collaborating directly with the Sales team to gather valuable input on communication content and timing, and proactively updating on the launch of all new communications to ensure alignment and preparation for follow-up.
  • Developing and executing an offer communication strategy (including email and SMS), leveraging current offers to drive sales.
  • Proactively monitoring, diagnosing, and troubleshooting performance issues within live nurture journeys, identifying bottlenecks, drop-offs, or logic errors and implementing corrective actions promptly to ensure optimal efficiency. 
  • Managing an experimental roadmap for each journey stage to continually test, learn, and optimize key performance indicators (KPIs).Deliver data-first, personalized,communications by leveraging prospect data.
  • Partner with our Business Operations team to design sophisticated marketing automation programs in Salesforce Marketing Cloud to streamline processes, enhance outreach, and drive engagement and conversion.
  • Lead end-to-end development and execution of messaging and content.
  • Track and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for optimization. Share results and learnings with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Build a variety of "always-on" automated nurture flows targeting both active and inactive leads (e.g., winback campaigns).
  •  Use a wide variety of messaging and communication approaches, including newsletters, offers, and automated drip campaigns.
  • Collaborate closely with sales, business operations, marketing, and compliance teams to ensure consistent and compliant experiences across all prospect touchpoints.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of progressive experience in marketing automation, lead nurturing, and lifecycle marketing, with \experience in B2C and ideally, financial services environments.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and a collaborative team player committed to driving results and continuous improvement.
  • Demonstrated expertise in email and SMS marketing best practices and the latest industry trends, specifically including advanced proficiency in cadence, segmentation strategies, messaging, dynamic personalization, A/B testing, and analytics.
  • Strong understanding of marketing funnel dynamics and proven ability in member journey mapping to optimize user paths.
  • Analytical mindset with a track record of interpreting complex data, identifying key insights, and translating them directly into actionable email and nurture campaign strategies.
  • Strong project management acumen, capable of effectively managing multiple concurrent campaigns and consistently meeting deadlines in a demanding, fast-paced environment.

  • $145,000 - $160,000 base salary + bonus + equity determined by the experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant - Please note, our salary ranges are based on current market data.
