Position Summary: We are looking for a Senior Manager, Integrated Marketing, New Ventures to lead 360 integrated/ full funnel marketing campaigns across all channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop innovative full funnel brand campaigns that build brand awareness and drive conversion

  • Lead development and execution of 360 marketing campaigns across all channels (paid media, social, OLV, retail media, influencers, shopper marketing, OOH, sampling and demos, POS) ensuring alignment with brand objectives and business goals

  • Manage creative agency partnerships, setting priorities, guiding strategy and overseeing budget allocations, and approvals to ensure high quality execution & cost discipline

  • Oversee and manage multiple budget lines. Ensuring investments are aligned with strategic objectives and deliver measurable impact

  • Track, analyze and report on campaign performance, leveraging data to inform optimizations and future strategies

  • Partner cross functionally with Global HQ, brand management, sales, ecommerce, quality & regulatory and creative to build and execute marketing campaigns

  • Lead Media and Creative development for New Brands Division in collaboration with agencies and global HQ brand & integrated marketing experience teams

Requirements:

  • 6-12+ yrs combined marketing experience in in top tier CPG companies, AND small/entrepreneurial organizations or creative/media agency

  • Existing senior manager or experienced manager with 2+ years of experience

  • Must have people management experience. Must have managed a minimum of 1 person,

  • Highly analytical with proficiency analyzing

  • Experience managing integrated marketing campaigns including paid, organic, shopper, influencer is required.

  • Experience partnering with global organizations

  • Proven track record of developing and executive successful multi-channel marketing campaigns

  • Highly analytical with ability to translate data and insights into strategies

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

  • Strong project management skills with ability to prioritize, multi-task and manage competing deadlines

  • Bilingual in Korean and English (written and spoken).


The base salary for this position is between $130,000.00 and $160,000.00 per year. Actual compensation will depend on a variety of factors, including qualifications, experience, and location. This position may also be eligible for additional compensation and benefits, including an annual incentive bonus, medical/dental/vision insurance, life insurance, PTO/FTO, and a 401(k) plan with company match.
