Iron Mountain is seeking a strategic, results-driven, and highly experienced Senior Manager of Imaging Operations to join our Digital Solutions team in Lexington, KY. In this role, you will be the primary business owner for all assigned Digital Operations and will have direct oversight across multiple countries in the Southeast Asia Cluster. You will be responsible for driving financial results, business development, positive employee experience, and operational excellence while serving as the tactical expert for digital service delivery in the region.
What You’ll Do (Responsibilities)
In this role, you will:
Service Delivery & Operational Excellence: Lead the performance of all Digital Solutions Operations, ensuring customer KPIs for quality and timeliness are met. You will identify root causes of delivery issues and oversee remediation while ensuring all standard workflows and safety procedures are followed.
Financial Execution & Strategy: Manage the P&L for the assigned market, partnering with Finance to analyze trends, monitor budgets (OpEx and CapEx), and develop multi-year growth strategies. You will have approval authority for pricing proposals and be responsible for delivering forecasted financial results.
Cross-Functional Coordination: Serve as the lead operational expert and bridge between IT, Commercial, HR, and Product Management teams. You will act as an escalation point for customer concerns and a subject matter expert for new business opportunities.
Leadership & Talent Development: Directly manage and mentor a team of 4–10 operations leaders. You will drive a culture of safety, inclusivity, and continuous improvement, ensuring robust succession planning and professional development plans are in place for all exempt employees.
Business Development: Partner with Sales and Account Management to identify marketing and selling strategies, participate in key account renewals, and develop win-win solutions for complex customer challenges.
What You’ll Bring (Skills & Qualifications)
The ideal candidate will have:
10+ years of experience in Digital Operations or Business Process Outsourcing (BPO), specifically focusing on non-voice services like mailroom, scanning, and data capture.
Strong knowledge of Document Management technology, including infrastructure, platforms, and specific tools such as Kofax Capture and Kofax KTM.
Proven ability in P&L management, financial forecasting, and building long-term business plans within a globally matrixed organization.
Exceptional leadership skills, with experience managing large, diverse teams and interacting effectively with both technical teams and C-suite executives.
Bachelor’s degree required; an MBA or equivalent advanced degree is preferred.
Communication: Fluency in English is required; multilingual proficiency in local Southeast Asian languages is highly preferred.
Availability: Ability to maintain an 80% onsite presence and travel between 10–50% of the time.

Salary starting at $125,000/an (**Negotiations Depending on Experience) and is Bonus Eligible
