WME Group is seeking a high-caliber Senior Manager, Entertainment Content Partnerships, to join the Entertainment Marketing & Advisory (EM&A) team. Sitting at the intersection of brand marketing and entertainment, this individual will act as the critical link between Fortune 500 brands and major movie studios, networks, streaming platforms, and production companies.

In this role, you will manage the end-to-end process of identifying, negotiating, and executing high-impact global co-promotional partnerships and product integrations across film, series, and digital content.

The ideal candidate brings deep brand partnership experience at a major studio or streaming platform, with proven ability to independently translate brand objectives into cultural relevant partnership opportunities that drive business results.  This role requires a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can seamlessly execute multiple client priorities and complex partnership campaigns simultaneously.

The Role And What You'll Do:

  • Serve as a day-to-day entertainment partnership expert for brand clients, providing strategic guidance and seamlessly executing recommended co-promotional partnerships and integrations across film, television, streaming, and digital series content.

  • Act as the primary agency contact for assigned studios, networks, and production companies to source, identify, and evaluate opportunities across upcoming slates.

  • Collaborate with colleagues across WME Group to identify upstream opportunities, track entertainment IP, and support new partnership initiatives.

  • Build qualified, data and insight backed consideration sets of upcoming films and series that align with a brand’s marketing criteria and target demographics.

  • Author and present compelling POV proposals detailing a strategic rationale on why specific films, television/streaming series, or digital properties are the right fit for a brand and how it will be impactful in culture.

  • Partner with brand client teams to develop structured entertainment-focused briefs rooted in brand’s marketing objectives, target audiences, and KPIs.

  • Draft partnership deal terms for client approval, oversee the negotiation of material terms, and facilitate contract execution between brand and legal teams.

  • Manage cross-functional stakeholders through the end-to-end execution of multi-platform co-promotional partnership campaigns and integrations by building and monitoring workback schedules, managing activation workflows, and tracking day-to-day deliverables.

  • Serve as the primary liaison directing real-time communication on entertainment partnerships and integrations between brand clients, agency teams, and external stakeholders (i.e. studio, network, or production teams).

  • Oversee the development and execution of integrations and co-promotional partnerships as is industry standard to ensure alignment with briefs and production guidelines.

  • Manage the review and approval workflow for all co-promotional partnership elements, quickly resolving creative deviations or tactical issues.

  • Serve as brand representative on-set during production shoots for integrations or co-promotional campaign creative.

  • Develop and manage entertainment industry relationship development initiatives for brand clients such as seeding and gifting programs to active productions (wardrobe, prop, set-décor) and writers rooms.

You'll Have These:

  • 6-8 years of experience in entertainment brand partnerships and client services within a prominent entertainment studio, streamer, or network.

  • Deep knowledge of brand partnership business models and rights structures for both co-promotional partnerships and integrations across film and series content.

  • Working knowledge of the entertainment industry, the theatrical landscape, and streaming ecosystems - including key distribution platforms and cultural trends.

  • Hands-on experience in managing seedling/gifting programs to production, sets, and writers rooms is a plus.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with confidence working across clients, internal teams, and external stakeholders.

  • Exceptional presentation and client service skills, with a track record of pitching and advising senior-mid level marketing executives.

  • Strategic and critical thinker who can identify opportunities, connect dots across entertainment and brand objectives and shape impactful recommendations to clients.

  • A self-starter mentality capable of driving programs from a blank sheet of paper to complete on-screen integration and in-market partnership campaign.

  • Ability to build and monitor detailed tracking systems and seamlessly juggle multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.

  • Practical on-set experience managing real-time logistics and creative reviews of integrations and custom content shoots.

  • Meticulous eye for catching production, creative, data, or legal alignment issues under high-pressure, fast-turning timelines.

  • Proactive, adaptable and passionate about connecting brands to culture through the power of entertainment and content.

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
