Job Summary: The Senior Manager of Enterprise Technology & Transformation owns the vision for Millennium Space Systems' technology and business capability future. This role sets direction, aligns roadmaps across enterprise applications, facilities, architecture, and portfolio functions, and holds single-point accountability for that vision becoming operating reality, on time and with managed risk. The role reports to the Chief Information Officer and partners closely with Security and Productivity/Infrastructure leadership. This is an onsite role at our office in El Segundo, California.
This position's internal job is Program Management Spec. Our team is currently hiring for a level L.

Position Responsibilities:
- Own and communicate the technology and transformation vision to executive leadership and the business
- Oversee Enterprise Applications & Platforms, which owns application and platform technology strategy, including integration architecture, platform roadmap, and technology stack decisions
- Oversee Facilities, including factory and floor space planning tied to company growth, and physical workspace setup such as desk deployment and network infrastructure for new and expanding space
- Establish data governance as a credible, business-facing function, and own data quality standards across enterprise systems
- Serve as the primary business-facing point of contact for data governance matters
- Manage risk across the full portfolio of technology and transformation initiatives, escalating to the CIO as needed
- Align factory and floor space planning with business capability roadmaps so physical and digital capacity growth are planned together
- Build and develop a leadership team spanning applications, facilities, architecture, and portfolio management
- Partner with Security and Productivity/Infrastructure leadership to ensure technology standards extend across the full organization
- Plan for future expansion of the organization to include dedicated Enterprise Architecture and Portfolio Management Office (PMO) functions
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- 10+ years of experience in technology leadership roles spanning applications delivery, enterprise architecture, portfolio and program management
- Demonstrated experience setting technology or platform strategy, not only executing against a roadmap set by others
- Experience with data governance and data quality programs at an enterprise scale
- Proven ability to translate vision into strategy, and strategy into delivered, measurable business capability
- This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security clearance for which the U.S. government requires US Citizenship. A final U.S. clearance post start is required
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- Aerospace, defense, or other regulated manufacturing industry experience
- Experience overseeing facilities, physical space planning, or workplace services, particularly in a manufacturing or growth environment
- Experience building or scaling enterprise architecture or PMO functions
