$110,800.00 and $196,400.00. The actual compensation offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. How You'll Make an Impact
- Lead and mentor engineering staff to design, implement, maintain, enhance and troubleshoot product delivery platforms
- Direct engineering support across system locations for both established and emerging technologies while ensuring adherence to operating standards
- Collaborate with Construction, Dispatch, Warehouse, Technical Operations and Care operations to optimize customer experience
- Advise managers on technical operations and strategic planning for network rebuilds, operations, and new product development and deployment
- Ensure compliance with Spectrum engineering standards, policies and procedures and maintain relations with local utilities, vendors, contractors and government agencies
- Oversee capital budget processes to ensure projects are cost-effective, on schedule and within budget
- Provide quality assurance guidance to engineering staff in accordance with technical quality assurance standards and FCC regulations
- Develop an effective front-line leadership team and support their growth to drive high performance

What You'll Bring to Spectrum
Required Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field or equivalent experience
- Industry and vendor-specific certifications and training (NCTI SCTE BCT/E)
Experience
- 3+ years of project management work experience
- 3+ years of related leadership experience
- 7+ years of engineering HFC and networking experience
Skills
- Ability to read write and communicate effectively in English
- Ability to make decisions and solve problems under pressure
- Ability to prioritize and organize work efficiently
- Ability to coach and counsel staff as needed
- Ability to supervise and motivate teams
- Proficiency with personal computer and software applications such as word processing and spreadsheets
- Knowledge of Spectrum products and services
- Knowledge of electronic theory Federal Communications Commission regulations and fiber optic theory
- Effective leadership skills with a results-oriented approach
