It takes more than one hero/heroine to achieve our product’s excellence, which is why we are seeking a Senior Engineering Manager to join our Titan team.

ServiceTitan is looking for an experienced Senior Engineering Manager who will help us build and lead teams within the engineering organization at ServiceTitan. Do you have what it takes to be a thoughtful, proactive leader who supports their teams, encourages growth, and drives accountability through results? If so, we would love to speak with you!

What you'll do:

  • Lead and drive the delivery of mission-critical foundational/platform projects, ensuring timely and high-quality outcomes.

  • Be hands-on in architecture, design, and implementation, contributing immediately in a modern .NET/Azure environment.

  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align project goals and ensure seamless integration of foundational systems.

  • Unlock the full potential of a highly skilled team ranging from Senior to Principal engineers, fostering an environment of excellence and high performance.

  • Participate actively in designing highly available and scalable systems, providing technical expertise to guide the team.

  • Report progress regularly to stakeholders, maintaining transparency on project status and delivery timelines.

  • Prioritize the delivery of critical projects while supporting engineers' professional growth and success.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with other teams to facilitate collaboration on foundational initiatives.

  • Encourage a culture of ownership and accountability within the team, driving commitment to project goals.

  • Communicate effectively with developers, product managers, customers, partners, and other leaders to align on objectives and expectations.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Strong communication and technical writing skills

  • 7+ years of experience in managing a small to medium software development teams

  • 4+ years of experience on senior engineering roles (designing APIs, abstractions, and

  • tools used by other engineers)
     

Ideal Candidates also have experience with many of

  • Microsoft .NET technology stack (C# / .NET, ASP.NET MVC, Web APIs) and SQL

  • databases (Microsoft SQL Server)

  • Git, unit testing, debugging, profiling, performance monitoring

  • Strong knowledge of some other technology stack (e.g. Python / Unix, Java, mobile platforms)

  • B.S., M.S. or PhD in Computer Science, Physics, Engineering or a related technical field

ServiceTitan is committed to fair and equitable compensation for all of our employees. We thoughtfully consider a wide range of factors when determining individual compensation. The expected salary range for this role for candidates residing in the United States is between $202,000 USD - $270,200 USD. Compensation for candidates residing outside the United States will vary by location and the specific salary range will be discussed during the hiring process. Actual compensation for an individual may vary depending on skills, performance over time, qualifications, experience, and location. In addition to the base salary, the total compensation package also includes an annual bonus, equity and a holistic suite of benefits.
