About the Role

We're looking for a Senior Manager, Demand Generation to help build a scalable, predictable demand generation engine that fuels ChartHop's continued growth.

Reporting to the VP of Marketing, you'll lead the planning, execution, and optimization of integrated demand generation programs that create awareness, engage our ideal customers, and generate qualified pipeline. You'll work closely with Product Marketing, Marketing Operations, Sales, and Customer Success to deliver campaigns that contribute directly to revenue growth.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys both strategy and execution. You'll have the autonomy to own major initiatives, the support to collaborate across the business, and the opportunity to help shape how a modern AI-first marketing organization operates.
Compensation:
Base Salary $150,000 - $160,000 USD + Bonus $10,000

What You'll Do
Drive Demand Generation

Partner with the VP Marketing to develop and execute ChartHop's demand generation strategy, translating revenue objectives into integrated marketing programs that generate qualified pipeline. Continuously evaluate performance and recommend improvements to maximize pipeline growth and marketing efficiency.

Lead Integrated Campaigns

Plan, execute, and optimize integrated marketing campaigns that engage target audiences and generate measurable business results. Campaigns may include product launches, thought leadership, customer stories, industry trends, competitive initiatives, and seasonal programs.

Manage Paid & Owned Channels

Own strategy and performance across key demand generation channels, including:

  • Paid Search

  • Paid Social

  • Display & Retargeting

  • Organic Social

  • Partner Marketing

  • Sponsorships

  • Email campaign strategy

  • Referral and advocacy programs

Continuously optimize channel mix and investment to improve performance and return on investment.

Grow Account-Based Marketing

Develop and scale account-based marketing programs that deepen engagement with target accounts, support account progression, and generate qualified opportunities.

Optimize the Website

Own the website as a demand generation engine by improving visitor engagement and conversion. This includes landing page strategy, conversion rate optimization, A/B testing, user journey improvements, and ongoing experimentation.

Build High-Impact Events

Develop and execute virtual and in-person programs—including webinars, executive roundtables, conferences, and customer events—that generate pipeline, strengthen customer relationships, and reinforce ChartHop's market leadership.

Measure, Learn & Improve

Working closely with Marketing Operations, you'll use data, experimentation, and continuous optimization to improve campaign performance, maximize marketing efficiency, and accelerate pipeline growth. You'll regularly test messaging, audiences, channels, offers, and new approaches—including AI-enabled workflows—to uncover opportunities for growth.

Collaborate Across the Business

Partner closely with Product Marketing, Marketing Operations, Sales, Customer Success, and Product to ensure campaigns are aligned, execution is coordinated, and marketing is contributing meaningfully to company objectives.

Success in this role means consistently delivering high-quality pipeline that supports ChartHop's revenue goals. Through thoughtful planning, data-driven decision making, and continuous experimentation, you'll improve campaign performance, accelerate buyers through the funnel, optimize marketing investment, and help make marketing a predictable contributor to ARR growth and overall business success.

What We're Looking For
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS demand generation, growth marketing, or integrated marketing, with a track record of generating qualified pipeline and supporting revenue growth.

  • Experience planning and executing integrated demand generation campaigns across multiple channels.

  • Hands-on expertise in paid media, account-based marketing (ABM), website conversion optimization (CRO), campaign management, and marketing analytics.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and continuously improve performance.

  • Experience managing marketing budgets and optimizing channel investment for maximum return.

  • Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong collaboration and communication skills, with experience partnering effectively across Marketing, Sales, RevOps, Product, and Customer Success.

  • A builder's mindset—you enjoy solving problems, experimenting with new ideas, and continuously improving how marketing operates.

  • Curiosity about emerging technologies and enthusiasm for incorporating AI into modern marketing practices.

Nice to Have
  • Experience marketing enterprise SaaS solutions, particularly in HR technology, workforce planning, people analytics, or adjacent markets.

  • Experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, 6sense (or similar ABM platforms), Google Analytics, and modern marketing technologies.

  • Experience marketing to HR, Finance, IT, or other enterprise business leaders.

  • Experience working with mid-market and enterprise sales teams.
