Leads Implementation Specialists and Professional Services Consultants delivering technical customer onboarding, integrations, data cleanup, compensation planning, and SaaS configurations. Manages hiring, coaching, performance, escalations, project delivery, capacity planning, operational metrics, and process automation. Partners with Sales, Customer Success, Product, R&D, and executive customers to resolve technical issues, improve delivery outcomes, and scale client-facing services.

Own enterprise customer relationships from implementation handoff through renewal and expansion. Drive retention, adoption, customer outcomes, executive alignment, risk mitigation, renewals, and commercial negotiations. Serve as a workflow consultant and product subject matter expert, lead onboarding and enablement, coordinate escalations, and communicate customer insights to Product, Engineering, Sales, and Support.
