The Senior Manager, Corporate Accounting is a key member of the Finance team responsible for overseeing a broad range of corporate accounting functions, including financial statement preparation, consolidation, special projects, and ensuring proper accounting for corporate related activities. This role will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of the company's financial statements in accordance with US GAAP and SEC guidelines. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical accounting skills, excellent communication and analytical abilities, and a proven track record of success in a fast-paced environment. 


This role will report to the Assistant Controller and will be responsible for additional projects as needed by the Chief Accounting Officer. The ideal candidate will have experience managing and leading groups within accounting. The candidate must have a strong working knowledge of US GAAP with experience in a wide range of GL functions, ERP system, SOX, etc. This is a great opportunity that will allow for career growth as the Company continues to expand!


This role has a requirement of working in office 3 days per week (Tuesday - Thursday). Starting in 2026, we plan to expand to 4 days per week, adding Mondays.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead the consolidation process for all subsidiaries, including intercompany eliminations and foreign currency translations.
  • Lead, prepare, and execute the day-to-day accounting operations, including general ledger accounting, payroll accounting, internal use software development costs, deferred commissions and cash management.
  • Collaborate with the extended finance team to ensure adherence to a timely close and reporting process, timely responses to internal/external audit requests and overall execution of team objectives.
  • Utilizing NetSuite, prepare and review monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements in accordance with US GAAP and SEC guidelines, including the balance sheet, income statement,  statement of cash flows, flux analysis and related financial statement  footnotes.
  • Research and analyze new accounting pronouncements and their impact on the company and prepare accounting memos on specific accounting items for support of the audit.
  • Assist with the implementation and maintenance of internal controls.
  • Manage and mentor junior accounting staff.
  • Assist in the implementation and ongoing improvement of accounting systems and processes.
  • Coordinate with external auditors for quarterly reviews and annual audits.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, cross departmental leaders and executives and be a trusted advisor across the business.
  • Maintain strong internal controls and ensure compliance with future SOX requirements.
  • Stay informed on industry best practices and knowledge.
  • Drive quality into the organization through constant inspection, verification, and reconciliation.
  • Effectively lead change management across teams through documented governance.
  • Any other tasks that may be assigned to help the company meet its goals

What You’ll Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting (preferred) or finance/related field
  • CPA with public company experience required (prior public accounting experience is a plus)
  • Minimum of 7+ years of general accounting experience in industry and/or a public accounting firm with a minimum of 3 years of management experience
  • Strong Excel skills required
  • Demonstrate excellent working knowledge of US GAAP
  • Superior organization and verbal/communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with exceptional analytical and prioritization skills

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with NetSuite, FloQast and Donnelley’s ActiveDisclosure are a very strong plus and are preferred
  • Experience within the SaaS/Software industry preferred

The base pay range for this position is $136,000- $204,000. Compensation is not limited to base salary.
