Compliance & Regulatory Operations
- Own end-to-end CRA workflows, including access, deletion, dispute, and data requests.
- Lead client due diligence processes and partner assessments.
- Define, measure, and enforce SLAs to deliver predictable, audit-ready execution.
- Coordinate all audit cycles, including SOC 2 and partner audits, ensuring evidence quality and timely remediation.
- Maintain compliance tooling, evidence repositories, and documentation.
- Oversee audit preparedness across controls, processes, and cross-functional teams.
- Partner with Compliance & Risk Program Manager to ensure operational alignment on control coverage.
- Execute mitigations across functions and ensure risk treatments are delivered on schedule.
- Maintain visibility into compliance and operational risk posture.
- Support risk register updates, issue tracking, and trend analysis.
- Oversee support protocols, escalation processes, and SLA adherence.
- Analyze operational issues to identify root causes and systemic gaps.
- Ensure client-facing teams get rapid, compliant, well-documented responses.
- Define operational tooling and automation needs; work with cross-functional teams to implement solutions.
- Improve dashboards, workflow systems, and data accuracy for compliance and partner operations.
- Build the operational infrastructure required for 2–3× client and partner volume.
- Identify and prioritize process gaps across CRA, due diligence, and partner workflows.
- Drive improvements that materially reduce risk, increase efficiency, or strengthen audit readiness.
- Implement scalable, repeatable SOPs to replace ad-hoc processes.
- Have 6–10+ years of experience in compliance operations, fintech operations, risk management, or similar roles.
- Have experience supporting SOC 2, regulatory audits, partner audits, or financial data governance programs.
- Are highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to build structure in fast-moving environments.
- Have a track record of improving operational efficiency through tooling or automation.
- Excel at cross-functional collaboration with product, engineering, legal, and GTM teams.
- Are comfortable managing, coaching, and developing junior team members.
