The Executive Communications Senior Manager elevates the voices of senior Distribution Sales leaders for internal and external audiences. We create stories and resources that establish and reinforce executive brands and company viewpoints while promoting new initiatives, customer successes, and organization achievements in compelling, creative ways. We support internal and external event execution with narrative development, executive coaching, and presentation design.
We are looking for a dynamic advisor who will drive communications strategies for Accelerated Industries EVP+ executives and initiatives. You will be a senior advisor to various stakeholders and drive communication planning and execution accordingly. We’re looking for a strategic thinker who can build strong relationships across our company, connect ideas and information from across a broad landscape, and get the job done. Your ability to lead in ambiguity, work in a rapidly changing environment with prompt deadlines, apply critical thinking, and take the initiative to drive results will be key. Additionally, you will focus on change management, ensuring that communications support organizational change as part of the new organizational structure (note: internal only - Empowered OU model)
Basic requirements:

  • Highly organized and energetic manager with at least 10+ years of communications experience, across multiple industries
  • Proven track record of leading complex enterprise-wide change and cross-functional communications programs in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated ability to shape compelling narratives and engage with senior leadership
  • Ability to simplify messaging and influence teams and stakeholders at all levels
  • Aptitude to integrate change management principles into communication strategies and align with stakeholders
  • Expertise to deliver and manage concurrent projects, manage ambiguity, and be flexible in your approach
  • Critical and strategic thinker and creative problem solver
  • Knowledge of Salesforce or Enterprise B2B Technology businesses
  • Alignment with the Salesforce values of trust, customer success, innovation, equality, and sustainability

Primary responsibilities:

  • Lead communications strategies across multiple portfolios and ensure the effective execution to support business and project goals.
  • Establish and maintain the communications calendar, drive communications best practices, and proactively identify and develop improvements to team operations and methods
  • Understand business priorities, technical processes, and industry trends to write compelling, concise, and audience-relevant communications
  • Partner with project teams, business stakeholders, and senior executives to shape initiatives and develop new ideas
  • Develop content for internal & external communication events, in collaboration with Marketing, Industry Strategists and Sales teams to develop 1:1 or 1:many narratives for internal & external speaking engagements (roundtables, townhalls, panels, key notes, video recordings)
  • Use metrics and reporting to track results, measure effectiveness, and identify needs based on data and stakeholder feedback
  • Integrate Change Management principles into communication strategies to support organizational change and ensure smooth transitions

For New York-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $169,600 to $233,200.For Washington-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $155,400 to $213,800.

For California-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $169,600 to $233,200.

For Illinois based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $155,400 to $213,800.

Compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Certain roles may be eligible for incentive compensation, equity, benefits.
