Position Summary...Role summary:
The Senior Manager, Business Development, will be responsible for creating incremental value for customers of Walmart's growing retail electric vehicle (EV) charging network. As Walmart builds a convenient, reliable, and affordable fast-charging network, this position will focus on value creation through partnership and innovative new programs.

Members contribute to innovative solutions that enhance customer value while supporting continuous improvement and operational excellence. What you'll do...
  • Refine and execute partnership strategy to boost revenue for Walmart’s retail charging network 
  • Create and manage innovative partnerships to enhance EV customer value and network performance 
  • Build and maintain relationships with new and existing partners across the industry, and develop supporting agreements  
  • Evaluate and deploy new programs across the charging network 
  • Assess and report on financial, operational, and strategic opportunities 
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to launch new offerings and measure and communicate program effectiveness

What you'll bring:
  • 5+ years in business development, program design, launch, and monitoring, preferably in energy/EV charging 
  • Strong strategy, finance, and business development experience 
  • Experience in commercial negotiations and developing innovative offerings through partnership 
  • Highly effective communicator with strong presentation skills; proficient in Power Point
  • Data-driven, skilled in analytics (Excel, Tableau) 
  • Proficient in EV charging/energy domain, customer-centric, and solutions-oriented

The annual salary range for this position is $117,000.00 - $234,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
