About the Role
Quickbase is looking for a Senior Manager, Brand & Creative to shape and elevate how our brand is expressed across every touchpoint. In this role, you’ll lead the development of compelling, cohesive visual and narrative work across marketing, campaigns, web, and internal/external communications. You'll manage a the creative team (including graphic designers, video production and post-production, and a copy writer), collaborate across departments, and roll up your sleeves to do hands-on work where needed.Outcomes You’ll Drive
  • A strong, differentiated brand system that reflects our positioning as a leader in no-code operational agility
  • A creative team producing high-quality, on-brand deliverables at speed and scale
  • Clear creative processes that support smooth project intake, feedback, and delivery
  • Cross-functional alignment between brand expression and business goals across marketing, content, and product
 Key Responsibilities
  • Evolve and maintain the Quickbase brand identity across visual, verbal, and experiential channels
  • Lead campaign creative development for launches, events, and demand programs
  • Manage and mentor a small team of designers and creative contractors
  • Oversee creative execution across ads, web, social, email, and presentations
  • Collaborate closely with demand gen, content, and product marketing teams
  • Ensure brand consistency, clarity, and quality in every deliverable
What You Bring
  • 6–10 years of experience in brand, graphic design, and creative direction, including agency or in-house experience
  • At least 2+ years managing other creatives or leading cross-functional projects
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating brand systems, campaign development, and multi-channel creative
  • Solid understanding of B2B marketing and SaaS audiences
  • Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
  • A strategic mindset with a sharp eye for detail and design excellence
