So if wanting to do more, own more, and make a bigger impact comes naturally to you, then you may be the person we're looking for to join us in our next stage of growth.

As Senior Manager of Agency Partner Management, you lead a team of Agency Partner Managers who are the strategic co-owners of independent agency portfolios on the MNTN platform, accountable for how those accounts perform and how they grow.

Your team drives growth from the brands already running on MNTN: expanding gross media spend, improving outcomes, and unlocking new campaigns, products, and channels. You’ll make every Partner Manager on your team excellent at deep account analysis, credible growth conversations, and partner enablement coaching, inspecting the book, and stepping into the most important partner relationships yourself.

If you’re motivated by developing people, digging into accounts, and growing revenue through a team, we want to hear from you.

What you'll do

  • Lead, coach, hire, and ramp Agency Partner Managers, driving accountability for gross media spend growth, new business, and partner health.
  • Own your team’s number: forecast spend and expansion, track targets, and ensure every account has a clear growth plan.
  • Turn untapped brand opportunities, campaign strategies, products, channels, and seasonal and vertical programs into incremental spend.
  • Run portfolio reviews, pipeline reviews, and one-on-ones that drive action, and strengthen business reviews, audits, and optimization through strategy checks and direct feedback.
  • Set portfolio segmentation and coverage, build repeatable onboarding and growth playbooks, and prioritize training, workshops, webinars, and self-service resources that build platform fluency.
  • Build relationships with agency budget decision-makers, lead escalations and critical reviews, and track spend, performance, engagement, campaign pauses, and staffing changes to address risks early with clear recovery plans.
  • Partner with Sales, Partner leadership, and Product Marketing to resolve issues and shape the roadmap; improve team processes and tools, and keep CRM reporting accurate for a trusted view of portfolio health and expansion.

What you'll bring

  • 10+ years in partner management, account management, customer success, or a similar client-facing role in AdTech, MarTech, or Digital Media, including 5+ years leading teams.
  • A track record of growing existing accounts against targets through upselling, cross-selling, and expansion, and coaching teams to spot opportunities, build the case, and win business.
  • Experience hiring, onboarding, coaching, and developing team members, with clear accountability for performance and career growth.
  • Hands-on knowledge of paid media, including CPA, ROAS, and budget pacing, and how agencies evaluate channels, run campaigns, and allocate budgets.
  • Strong analytical skills, ownership of retention and account recovery, and experience using Salesforce or a similar CRM to manage pipelines, gross media spend, net revenue expansion, and forecast accuracy.
  • Clear communication and influence across seniority levels, including agency leadership, plus confidence leading training, workshops, and webinars.
  • Experience partnering across Sales, Customer Success, and Product Marketing, with the flexibility to navigate evolving processes, platforms, and partner needs.

What success looks like

  • Gross media spend and new business targets are met or exceeded, and forecasts are accurate and consistent.
  • Your team’s portfolio is healthy, growing, and increasingly self-sufficient, with credible paths to incremental spend through stronger performance, new strategies, additional channels, or broader platform adoption.
  • Every Partner Manager can speak confidently to the health, performance, opportunity, and risk of every account they own, and knows what action is needed next.
  • Account reviews turn into prioritized recommendations, partner conversations, and measurable changes in account strategy.
  • Agency partners see your team as strategic advisors, not a support resource, and bring MNTN into more of their client conversations on their own.
  • Risk is identified early and the right resources are mobilized before it becomes churn.
  • Your team is engaged and growing; strong performers are retained and promoted, and new hires ramp quickly.
  • Sales, Solutions, Product, and Support see you as a reliable partner and a trusted source of partner insight.

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
