Location: Serving our clients in Los Angeles, Orange, San Diego, and Ventura counties (Hybrid)



Role Description:


We are looking for Solutions Managers in the Financial Transformation space. As a Senior Manager in the Financial Services space, you will be leading complex projects and be responsible for communications, project scope, schedules, risks, and resource planning. This candidate should have strong communication skills and will need to work with business users to document process flows, gather requirements, and partner with internal IT and external vendors to deliver solutions for the requirements. As you develop your relationships, you will have the opportunity to grow our presence on the account and bring value to the client.

We look for our Financial Service Senior Managers to have several of the following:

  • 5+ years performing in a project manager role
  • 7+ years of total experience
  • 3+ yrs with a premier consulting firm
  • Familiarity with similar platforms including but not limited to: SimCorp, Dimension, SS&C, CRD, Eze, Bloomberg AIM, Thinkfolio, Enfusion, FINBOURNE Technology, WealthFluent, and Aladdin
  • Collaborates with clients to define and document business requirements, assessing gaps between existing processes and desired outcomes.
  • Utilizes best practices to identify key stakeholders, select appropriate requirement-gathering methods, and apply effective documentation, modeling, and analysis techniques.
  • Evaluates and assesses initial business and IT processes to identify areas for improvement.
  • Ability to engage in designing and developing business solutions, contributing to the technical design of complex projects.
  • Supports the validation and approval of applications and enhancements through a structured testing process.
  • Facilitates formal requirement reviews to secure document signoffs and address identified risks, issues, defects, and dependencies.
  • Ability to win project extensions and reassignments by building strong client relationships
  • Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills, ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions, and advanced technical skills
