As the Senior Product Marketing Manager for Financial Services, you will be the strategic marketing lead driving positioning, messaging, marketing strategy, and growth initiatives for Snowflake’s offerings in this industry. You’ll be responsible for crafting and communicating compelling stories and driving innovative programs that illustrate how Snowflake’s AI Data Cloud empowers asset management, banking, insurance, and payments organizations, and the broader financial services ecosystem to solve their most critical business challenges.

AS A SENIOR PRODUCT MARKETING MANAGER YOU WILL: 
  • Lead planning, objectives, and alignment across cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive execution of marketing strategies and initiatives that drive industry growth

  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies tailored to the financial services industry, including positioning, messaging, and differentiation strategies that align with market needs

  • Create compelling and differentiated messaging, value propositions, thought leadership content, sales assets, customer stories, and industry-specific collateral to be used by Snowflake marketing and sales teams, as well as partner teams 

  • Work closely with the sales organization to drive use case implementation and product adoption through sales plays and enablement materials that empower sales teams to effectively engage and win in the market

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including go-to-market strategy teams, sales, demand generation, field marketing, ABM, content, and partner marketing, to align product marketing strategies and drive awareness and adoption within financial services. 

  • Establish Snowflake as a trusted thought leader in financial services data transformation through industry events, webinars, blogs, and customer advocacy initiatives

  • Execute and be accountable for the success of go-to-market campaigns 

  • Leverage data to identify opportunities, guide decisions, and measure performance of go-to-market activities

  • Engage with customers, partners, and sales teams to gather insights and amplify Snowflake’s value proposition and messaging in the industry vertical.

OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE: 
  • 6+ years of experience in financial services product marketing or related experience; knowledge of asset management, banking, insurance and payments verticals is highly preferred

  • Proven ability to create strategic marketing plans, including go-to-market strategies, positioning, and messaging tailored to complex, highly regulated industries

  • Exceptional written communication skills and ability to synthesize complex information into clear and concise presentations and plans that resonates with executive-level audiences and technical audiences

  • Strong leadership capabilities with experience in guiding cross-functional teams, influencing stakeholders, and driving projects to successful completion in a collaborative manner 

  • Ability to think big and re-imagine how Snowflake can deliver value to customers in collaboration with our partner ecosystem

  • Passion for understanding customer needs and the ability to translate those needs into impactful marketing programs and initiatives

  • BA/BS, MBA preferred
