The Senior Machine Learning Engineer will innovate AI features, develop LLM methodologies, perform data preprocessing, and communicate technical concepts. The role requires building and optimizing machine learning models and pipelines.

Innovate core intelligence solutions within company's DevAI products including but not limited to LLM
(Large Language Model) integration, prompt engineering, and the development of end-to-end AI features
using cutting-edge technologies. Collaborate closely with a diverse and highly skilled group of scientists
and software engineers and multiple partner teams across the company to communicate technical details
effectively to the team and engage in technical discussions to contribute ideas and solutions. Design LLM
based methodology and algorithms tailored to specific product needs. Perform data preprocessing and
feature engineering to improve product inputs and performance. Conduct experiments to evaluate the
performance of products and use a variety of metrics and testing methods to ensure the solutions meet
design specifications. Implement and optimize machine learning pipelines. Monitor and maintain the
deployed intelligence solutions to ensure they continue to perform accurately and efficiently.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Must have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Science and Engineering, or a related
field.
Must have three (3) years of experience in IT tech industry on Machine Learning related domains,
including experience building and scaling machine learning models in business applications using large
amounts of data;
Must have three (3) years of experience with demonstrated ability to communicate and explain data
science concepts to diverse audiences, crafting a compelling story;
Must have three (3) years of experience working with Agile development mindset, appreciating the benefit
of constant iteration and improvement; and
Must have three (3) years of experience in developing deep learning-based models and working on LLM-
related applications.
SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS: Must pass technical interview.
Offered Wage: $202,500 - $264,375 per year
