We are seeking an exceptional Senior Luxury Travel Advisor to join Marchay, combining expert luxury travel planning with leadership, relationship management, and an uncompromising commitment to exceptional service.

This is a remote position, with exciting opportunities to travel firsthand to exceptional destinations and experience some of the world’s leading luxury hotels and resorts. What You’ll Do
  • Lead and inspire an exceptional advisor team. Manage and mentor Luxury Travel Advisors, creating a culture of collaboration, accountability, growth, and outstanding member service.
  • Advise some of the world’s most discerning travelers. Build trusted, long-term relationships with high-net-worth members, developing a deep understanding of their preferences, priorities, and travel styles.
  • Create extraordinary, highly personalized journeys. Oversee and contribute to bespoke itineraries spanning the world’s finest hotels, private villas, premium air travel, private transportation, dining, and exclusive experiences.
  • Own complex travel from concept through execution. Guide sophisticated, multi-layered trips with confidence, ensuring every element is thoughtfully planned and flawlessly delivered.
  • Develop relationships across the global luxury travel industry. Work closely with leading hotels, DMCs, villa partners, local concierges, and other exceptional suppliers to unlock the very best experiences for Marchay members.
  • Be a trusted problem solver. Anticipate challenges, make sound decisions under pressure, and ensure members feel supported and cared for throughout every stage of their journey.
  • Develop the next generation of Marchay Advisors. Coach, train, and share your expertise with team members, helping them strengthen their destination knowledge, client skills, and commercial judgment.
  • Help elevate how we operate. Identify opportunities to improve processes, service standards, and operational efficiency while preserving the highly personalized approach that defines Marchay.
  • Stay at the forefront of luxury travel. Continuously expand your knowledge of emerging destinations, new hotel openings, exclusive experiences, and evolving trends across the global luxury market.
  • Manage complexity with precision. Successfully oversee multiple high-value and highly detailed trips at once while maintaining exceptional standards of organization and attention to detail.

Requirements
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in luxury travel advisory.
  • Deep knowledge of luxury travel products, services, and suppliers globally.
  • Exceptional client relationship management skills and experience managing relationships in a personalized service environment.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems, booking platforms, and travel technology tools.
  • Experience handling ultra-high-net-worth travelers, VIP family travel, and bespoke multi-stop international itineraries.
  • Availability during Eastern Time business hours.
  • Availability for 9 weekend watches per year.
  • 1-2 years of leadership experience preferred.
  • Experience with Sabre GDS, Salesforce CRM, or similar travel-industry tools is a plus.
