About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Lead Treasury Management Consultant within Global Payments and Liquidity as a part of Enterprise Functions.

In this role, you will:
  • Act as an advisor to senior leadership to develop or influence Treasury Management Consulting objectives and long-term goals for highly complex business and technical needs across Treasury Management Consulting in partnership with relationship managers within the Corporate and Investment Bank's Industrial vertical
  • Lead the strategy and resolution of highly complex and unique challenges requiring in-depth evaluation across multiple business lines, delivering solutions that are long-term, large-scale and require advanced knowledge, inductive thinking, and coordination of highly complex activities and guidance to others
  • Provide vision, direction, and expertise to senior leadership on implementing innovative and significant business solutions that are large-scale and cross functional
  • Lead Treasury Management Consulting projects and teams, or serve as peer mentor
  • Strategically engage with all levels of professionals and managers across the enterprise and serve as an expert advisor to leadership
Required Qualifications:
  • 7+ years of Treasury Management Sales experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
  • Sales experience within the large corporate sector calling on clients with more than $2 billion in annual revenue
  • Proven success in working with Treasurers, Assistant Treasurers, Directors of AP and AR to help re-engineer client processes
  • Familiarity with strategies to improve working capital, the procure-to-pay and order-to-cash workflows, and advancements in the payment industry
Job Expectations:
  • This position will require up to 30% of travel
  • This position offers a hybrid work schedule
  • This position is not eligible for Visa Sponsorship

Pay Range
Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to demonstrated examples of prior performance, skills, experience, or work location. Employees may also be eligible for incentive opportunities.
$185,000.00 - $300,000.00
