About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Lead Product Manager within the Global Payments & Liquidity (GPL) Product & Platform organization supporting the Value Added Services (VAS) portfolio.
This role will help advance differentiated payment capabilities that leverage Wells Fargo's modernized payments platforms to deliver customer value, improve client experiences, drive operational efficiencies, and support business growth. The individual will partner closely with Product, Technology, Operations, Risk, and Transformation teams to evaluate opportunities, support strategic initiatives, and help evolve value-added services aligned with business and customer needs.
The ideal candidate combines payments expertise, product management experience, and strong cross-functional collaboration skills. This individual will help identify opportunities, assess new capabilities, develop recommendations, and support the delivery of client-focused payment solutions across the VAS portfolio.
In this role, you will:
  • Partner with Product, Technology, Operations, and Risk teams to evaluate and advance differentiated payment capabilities and service enhancements.
  • Support the development and execution of initiatives within the Value Added Services portfolio aligned to customer needs and business objectives.
  • Conduct analysis of customer needs, market trends, competitive offerings, and emerging payment capabilities to identify opportunities for growth and enhancement.
  • Lead discovery and assessment efforts for new product capabilities, operational improvements, and client-focused solutions.
  • Develop recommendations and business cases to support prioritization, roadmap planning, and product decision-making.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define business requirements, customer experiences, and success measures for prioritized initiatives.
  • Support the delivery of product enhancements and strategic initiatives while helping manage dependencies, risks, and cross-functional coordination.
  • Monitor product performance, customer adoption, and business outcomes to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Prepare analyses, insights, and recommendations for product leadership and key stakeholders.
  • Contribute to the ongoing evolution of Value Added Services through the identification and evaluation of opportunities that enhance client experience and business value.
Required Qualifications
  • 7+ years of Product Management, product development, strategic planning, process management, change delivery, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications
  • Product management experience within payments, treasury management, transaction banking, liquidity, value-added services, commercial banking, or financial services platforms.
  • Experience evaluating and developing customer-facing capabilities, services, or solutions that drive measurable business value.
  • Experience supporting payments transformation initiatives within large, complex organizations.
  • Strong understanding of payment products, payment ecosystems, and industry trends impacting commercial clients.
  • Experience contributing to product strategy, roadmap development, business case creation, and prioritization activities.
  • Knowledge of payment rails and industry standards including ACH, RTP, FedNow, Fedwire, CHIPS, SWIFT, and ISO 20022.
  • Experience leveraging customer insights, market analysis, and business performance metrics to guide product recommendations and decision-making.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and build effective partnerships across complex organizations.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to balance customer needs, operational considerations, and business objectives when evaluating product opportunities.

Pay Range
Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to demonstrated examples of prior performance, skills, experience, or work location. Employees may also be eligible for incentive opportunities.
$139,000.00 - $260,000.00
