Salesforce Inc. seeks Senior Lead, D&A Product Management - Trusted Data Acquisition in New York, NY:

Job Duties: Develop and evangelize a user-centered product vision & roadmap for some of the major data services features at the enterprise level. Partner with business, engineering, and product leaders from across the company and be a strong customer advocate to align the customer needs with the long-term strategic goals. Generate harmony in collaboration with Engineers, Analysts, Data Science, and various cross-functional partners to balance long-term strategy while delivering incremental customer value. Articulate feature exit criteria and success measures to track and enhance the feature impact. Communicate goals to team and stakeholders, effectively manage and refine the backlog, and manage team commitments to deliver against the vision. Drive internal adoption strategy, user enablement, and training for new and existing data services capabilities. Telecommuting is an option. 

Minimum Requirements: Master’s degree (or its foreign degree equivalent) in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering (any field), or a related quantitative discipline and three (3) years of progressive product/program management experience in the field of software engineering or three (3) years of progressive experience in the job offered or Bachelor’s degree (or its foreign degree equivalent) in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering (any field), or a related quantitative discipline and five (5) years of progressive product/program management experience in the field of software engineering or five (5) years of progressive experience in the job offered.

Special Skill Requirements: (1) Build & Evangelize Product Roadmaps; (2) User Centric Product Vision; (3) Define Product Success Measures; (4) Net Promoter Score; (5) UX Design; (6) Market Research; (7) Big Data Technologies; (8) SaaS; (9) AWS; (10) SQL; (11) Tableau; Any suitable combination of education, training and/or experience is acceptable. Education, experience and criminal background checks will be conducted. Telecommuting is an option. Special Skills can be gained through academic coursework, scholastic achievement, or professional experience.

Salary: $167,300.00 - $276,100.00 per annum.

For New York-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $167,300 to $276,100.For Colorado-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $167,300 to $276,100.For Washington-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $167,300 to $276,100.For Washington D.C based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $167,300 to $276,100.

For Maryland based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $167,300 to $276,100.

For California-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $167,300 to $276,100.For Hawaii-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $167,300 to $276,100.

For Illinois based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $167,300 to $276,100.For Minnesota based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $167,300 to $276,100.
