The NVIDIA Legal team is seeking in-house Senior IP Litigation Counsel to be part of a dynamic and growing company and Legal team. NVIDIA’s Legal Department operates at the intersection of law and technology. We provide legal solutions impacting some of the most important trends in technology, including graphics, artificial intelligence, and high-performance computing. As a team, we engage with engineers and management on a vast array of legal issues across the world!
What you’ll be doing:
Partnering with the legal team and management on our IP litigation matters.
Managing a portion of our IP litigation and pre-litigation activities.
Negotiating license and settlement agreements.
What we need to see:
A J.D. degree and license to practice law in California.
8+ years of experience in U.S. federal IP litigation.
Strong written and oral advocacy.
Great judgment and case management skills.
Ways to stand out from the crowd:
Judicial clerkship and trial experience preferred.
Technical expertise in computer hardware and software.
Engineering degree or equivalent is a plus.

Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. The base salary range is 232,000 USD - 368,000 USD for Level 5, and 288,000 USD - 460,000 USD for Level 6.You will also be eligible for equity and benefits.
