The Senior Integrated Producer will produce the kind of innovative, impactful, and memorable cross-channel work that has made our healthy brands leaders in their categories, and The Wonderful Company the unique and enviable organization that it is. Whether a TV campaign, web series, photo shoot, documentary, digital/social media video, event, or real-world brand activation, you'll work with top creative talent inside and outside of the Agency to craft meaningful, smart (and often hilarious) content and experiences that connect with our eclectic audiences in the places where they live and play. 

This role reports to the Executive Producer and will be based at our West Los Angeles, CA office. We work a hybrid schedule with an in-office requirement Monday-Wednesday and the option to work remotely on Thursday and Friday.

Job Description

  • Manage broadcast, print, social/digital projects from the concept ballpark phase to delivery of final creative 
  • Oversee all logistical aspects of production including scoping, budgeting, creating the project plan and calendar, bidding and contract processes, billing, and invoice tracking, and coordinating meetings and sessions with production and post-production partners 
  • Demonstrated experience producing video work independently for both broadcast and online, as well as activation, experiential work, and photography (beyond simply documenting the process); Ability to wrangle multiple projects at once.
  • Work closely with Project Management, Legal, Media, PR, Business Affairs, Accounting, Client Services and Marketing/Brand/Client teams as needed 
  • Apply producing skills to a very wide range of highly conceptual video and activation projects for all brands 
  • Support internal audiences and extensive philanthropic efforts in health & wellness, education, community development and the arts 
  • Work alongside clients, business unit leaders and owners, for a 360-degree immersion in our products and brands 

Qualifications

  • Minimum 8-10 years as a Producer within an ad agency or in house brand environment working on large-scale productions independently  
  • Proven experience working with top directors and photographers as well as with tomorrow's up-and-coming production and post-production stars 
  • Demonstrated record of building trusted relationships with the industry's top production partners, a good network of scrappy resources, and the innate curiosity to continually seek out and vet new companies and talent that can help elevate our work creatively and efficiently 
  • A strong reel that demonstrates a passion for creativity and storytelling, a commitment to the best production values regardless of budget, and an ability to plus up an already great idea through production choices and creative problem-solving 
  • Innovate thinker, constantly looking at new ways of making, creating, and sharing knowledge with the greater team 
  • Experience mentoring junior team members  
  • The flexibility to work as part of a team one day, independently the next - you adapt to new ideas, processes and business problems with ease and enthusiasm 
  • Strong attention to detail and clear communication that doesn't waver even under the pressure of tight deadlines or multiple assignments

Pay Range: $150,000 and may include a discretionary bonus. Final compensation will be dependent upon skills & experience.
