Windsor is seeking a fashion-forward, relationship-driven Senior Influencer Specialist to help grow our brand presence through authentic creator partnerships and culturally relevant storytelling. In this role, you’ll identify and manage influencers who embody the Windsor girl lifestyle while supporting campaigns, product launches, store openings, events, and key seasonal moments across social platforms. You’ll work closely with creators, agencies, and internal teams to execute impactful influencer campaigns that drive brand awareness, engagement, and customer growth. The ideal candidate is organized, highly connected, passionate about fashion and social trends, and excited to help bring the Windsor brand to life through compelling creator content and experiences.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Identify, vet, and manage influencer partnerships that align with the brand’s aesthetic, values, and target audience
  • Build and maintain relationships with creators, agents, and talent managers across key social platforms
  • Develop influencer strategies to support product launches, campaigns, store openings, events, and seasonal moments
  • Source creators across different tiers (micro, mid, macro) based on campaign goals and budget
  • Negotiate contracts, deliverables, usage rights, timelines, and compensation with influencers and agencies
  • Coordinate gifting, product seeding, event invites, and paid partnerships to maximize brand visibility
  • Create campaign briefs that clearly communicate creative direction, messaging, hashtags, and content expectations
  • Track influencer content performance including engagement, reach, impressions, EMV, clicks, and conversions
  • Ensure influencer content reflects brand standards, styling direction, and current campaign messaging
  • Support experiential activations, festivals, pop-ups, and brand events through creator attendance and live content coverage
  • Help grow brand awareness, community engagement, and customer acquisition through authentic creator storytelling
  • Identify high-performing creators for long-term ambassador or affiliate partnerships

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • 5+ years of relevant experience in social media, influencer marketing, e-commerce, or a related field.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline.
  • E-commerce apparel or fashion industry experience required.
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms, emerging trends, and influencer marketing best practices.
  • Experience with social media management and monitoring tools (e.g., Hootsuite) preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software platforms and technologies.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Adobe Photoshop.
  • Intermediate experience with video editing software, including iMovie, Final Cut Pro, and/or Adobe Premiere Pro.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable working with Google Workspace applications (Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.).
  • Strong organizational, project management, and follow-through skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to receive constructive feedback and apply direction effectively.
  • Positive, collaborative, and flexible attitude with a strong work ethic.
  • Proven ability to manage changing priorities and thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
  • Reliable, punctual, and dependable.
  • Ability to work onsite from our Santa Fe Springs and/or West Hollywood locations as business needs require.
