Job Description
We're looking for an enthusiastic person who loves challenges, pushes boundaries and is passionate about delivering awesome customer experiences. In this mid-level role, you will be a subject matter expert in your domain to help coordinate and communicate with our dealership clients, identifying, documenting and resolving complex, cross-functional and cross-departmental issues. Our transparent and collaborative culture means we work both independently and together as a team on projects in an agile environment.
Seeking Domain Experts in
Accounting
Key Responsibilities
- Leading others to work effectively in a strong customer service and team-oriented environment
- Communicating regularly with senior leadership and account managers, providing reports and updates on all projects and open critical, client and product issues
- Identifying configuration and training needs of dealership clients and executing independently on training and setup changes.
- Facilitating dealership client meetings remotely with Accounting office personnel often for multiple hours at a time, working with multiple dealerships every day.
- Collaborating effectively in a fast-paced exciting environment while ensuring that deliverables and activities are properly documented and acted upon in a timely fashion.
- Up to 25% travel (fly) to client sites if necessary
Skills and Experience
- Excellent customer management track record
- Excellent written and spoken communication
- Strong problem solving and creative thinking
- Prior success at a competitive DMS provider or Tekion with a focus on Accounting
- Prior success within Implementation and/or Support teams at Tekion or a competitive DMS provider
- SaaS experience
- Dealership experience and DMS familiarity
Preferred Skills
- Experience as an Office Manager or Controller at a dealership
- Located in Central or Mountain Time zone preferred

The salary range describes the minimum to maximum base salary range for this position across applicable US locations. The actual compensation offered may vary from the posted hiring range based on geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer. In addition to the compensation listed, this position may be eligible for equity compensation, and a bonus or commission whereby total compensation may exceed base salary depending on individual or company performance. Base Salary Range
$73,275—$122,100 USD
