We are looking for a Human Resources Business Partner who will play a pivotal role in aligning business priorities. This role provides significant exposure to senior leadership, and you’ll be expected to roll up your sleeves and engage in multiple HR focal points, serving as the sole HR support in-country while working within a global framework. You’ll be instrumental in driving culture alignment, organizational design, change management, and talent strategy, with a strong focus on supporting business growth.
As a strategic partner, you’ll collaborate with the Go-To-Market (GTM) teams across the Americas, ensuring HR programs scale effectively and proactively addressing any challenges that may impact the business.

Location: Ideally Kansas City  (Flexible for the right candidate)

Key Responsibilities

  • As an HR Business Partner, you will be the bridge between the business and HR, ensuring our people strategy fuels business success.
  • You will provide:
  • Leadership & Business Alignment
  • Execute HR strategies that scale with a high-growth global GTM organization.
  • Partner with senior leadership, and global teams to align HR initiatives with business objectives and local legislation.
  • Anticipate and address organizational challenges before they arise.
  • People & Culture Transformation
  • Deliver effective HR programs to drive culture, performance, and engagement.
  • Coach and empower leaders to build high performing teams
  • Lead change management initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions for employees.
  • Build a strong culture for hybrid working environments across multiple locations both office based and remote. 
  • Operational Excellence & Innovation
  • Use data-driven insights to inform HR strategy and decision-making.
  • Drive process improvements and implement best-in-class HR policies.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations across multiple states.
  • Responsible for successful US open enrolment window, ensuring sustainability and competitiveness of our plans
  • Understanding of local legislation requirements, salary transparency per state, compliance posters, specific policy needs etc. 
  • Partner with 3rd party HR (Axcet) to ensure compliance in each state and smooth employee onboarding experience. 
  • Partner with the regional Talent and Workplace Experience teams, as well as the broader People team and Organisation Development function to ensure seamless alignment across headcount planning, recruitment, onboarding, and the employee lifecycle
  • Talent Strategy & Development
  • Support organizational design and workforce planning to support business growth.
  • Work with the global leader of Organizational Development to roll out leadership and employee development programs to build high-performing teams.
  • Manage performance management, retention strategies, and succession planning.
