Job DescriptionYour Career
As a Senior Manager of HR Transformation, you will play a key role in shaping how our organization approaches HR to ensure we are well-positioned to deliver effectively as the company scales. You will lead and execute HR transformation projects that integrate digital solutions, process optimization, and automation. Collaborating closely with stakeholders, you will drive initiatives to improve our HR functions, enhancing both business performance and employee satisfaction. You will serve as a program and change management lead for these initiatives, ensuring plans are executed effectively and change is managed thoughtfully. With a strong focus on leveraging technology, you will contribute to defining the technology strategy and priorities for the People team, supporting the HR Technology Product Manager role. This high-visibility role requires strategic thinking, expertise in HR transformation, strong stakeholder relationships, and effective project delivery.

Compensation Disclosure
The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and work location. For candidates who receive an offer at the posted level, the starting base salary (for non-sales roles) or base salary + commission target (for sales/commissioned roles) is expected to be between $148,000 - $235,500/YR. The offered compensation may also include restricted stock units and a bonus. A description of our employee benefits may be found here.
