We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Healthcare Analytics Consultant with 2 plus years of healthcare data experience and solid expertise in SQL to join our growing data team. This role will focus on designing, building, and maintaining scalable data pipelines and analytics platforms that support clinical and operational insights. The ideal candidate combines solid engineering fundamentals with an understanding of healthcare data (authorizations, claims, eligibility, etc.) and is eager to contribute to our pursuit of insights within healthcare operations.

- Design, develop, and maintain stored procedures, views, and queries using Snowflake and modern data tools
- Build and optimize data models to support analytics, reporting, and downstream applications
- Develop robust data ingestion frameworks for structured and semi-structured data
- Ensure data quality, integrity, and reliability through validation and monitoring processes
- Write efficient queries and implement performance tuning strategies in Snowflake
- Healthcare Data Management
- Work with healthcare datasets such as authorizations, referrals, claims, provider, member, and clinical data
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA and other healthcare data regulations
- Support data standardization and mapping (e.g., CPT, Diagnosis, Provider, Member, etc.)
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate healthcare requirements into technical solutions
- Data Architecture & Platform Contributions
- Assist in designing scalable, cloud-based data architectures
- Contribute to best practices around data modeling, governance, and pipeline design
- Participate in designing data integration patterns across systems
- Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement
- Partner with data architecture, warehouse, and operations to ensure data is put to action
- Document data pipelines, models, and architecture clearly
- Participate in code reviews and promote engineering best practices

Required Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in data engineering, data development, data analytics or similar role
- Experience building ETL/ELT pipelines (e.g., dbt, Informatica, Airflow, Azure Data Factory, or similar)
- Experience with data visualizations and setting up models within these environments (PBI, Excel, etc.)
- Understanding of data warehousing concepts (star schema, dimensional modeling)
- Advanced SQL skills (window functions, query optimization, complex joins)

- 2+ years of Healthcare analytics experience
- Snowflake experience
