The Senior Growth Specialist is a key member of the firm’s newly established Growth team. The Growth team develops and implements strategic and sustainable growth strategies that support the firm’s revenue growth, branding efforts, and employee engagement initiatives.
This well-rounded, marketing generalist will have an opportunity to lead projects and utilize their skills across a wide variety of areas, including:
- Internal and external communications
- Copywriting and Copyediting
- Content creation (e.g., articles, videos, presentations)
- Social media
- Website management (e.g., content updates, SEO, etc.)
- CRM
- Employer branding
- Sales collateral development
- Graphic design
- Event planning and management
- Project management
To be successful, the Senior Growth Specialist will have the following:
- Bachelor’s degree, required; with a focus in Marketing, Communications, English, or Journalism is preferred
- 3-5 years of marketing experience is required. Experience in a professional services environment is preferred.
- Strong writing and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent project management skills and organizational skills, with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work in a deadline-driven and highly visible environment while handling multiple projects simultaneously and managing process and service providers (internal and external) to accomplish desired results
- Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
- Strong interpersonal and client service skills, and consultative approach to working with marketing and client service professionals at all levels
- Driven self-starter with a proactive approach to serving professionals at all levels
- Knowledge of B2B marketing strategies and tactics and their application in a professional services organization, preferred
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and Hubspot preferred

This salary range is specific to the state(s) listed and takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill set and education; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. A reasonable estimate of the range for this position is $75,000-$100,000 plus overtime.
