About the role: 

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Senior Growth Marketing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a data-driven marketer with a proven track record of developing and executing innovative marketing strategies to drive user acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth. As a Senior Growth Marketing Manager, you will take part in shaping our growth initiatives, optimizing the customer journey, and leveraging data to inform decision-making. 

 Responsibilities: 

  • Oversee the execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns, including Affiliate partnership, SEO, SEM, social media, paid advertising, content marketing, and email marketing. 
  • Develop and execute comprehensive affiliate marketing strategies to drive revenue growth and collaborate with internal teams 
  • Analyze and report on key performance metrics to measure success, identify trends, and drive data-informed decisions. 
  • Continuously test, optimize, and scale growth initiatives through A/B testing and performance analysis. 
  • Lead market research and data analysis efforts to identify growth opportunities and target audiences.  
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, design, marketing, and sales to optimize the customer journey and improve conversion rates.  
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in growth marketing and digital advertising. 

 

Skills & Qualifications: 

  • 5+ years of experience in growth marketing, digital marketing, or a related field. 
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing growth strategies that have led to measurable business impact. 
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies. 
  • Proficiency in using Google Analytics and/or Amplitude, along with landing page optimization tools, to analyze site engagement and conversion rates. 
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders across teams and departments. 
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and analytics tools. 
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for innovation and continuous improvement. 
  • Self-motivated and results-driven with a proactive approach to achieving goals. 
  • Ability to independently assess digital marketing data to evaluate campaign performance. 
  • Experience in summarizing and presenting marketing performance insights to cross-functional teams. 
  • Expertise in managing and optimizing paid marketing efforts across platforms such as Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Facebook Ads. 
  • Experience with SaaS or Affiliate Marketing a plus.

The annual base salary range for this position is $105,000-$125,000. The actual salary will vary depending on the applicants experience, skills and abilities as well as internal equity and market data. This position is also eligible for an additional annual bonus compensation through one of our highly attractive incentive plans, full details will be provided during the recruitment process.
