The role

The Senior Growth Marketing Manager will manage Quanata’s aggregator and internet lead providers growth strategy and implementations. This role combines performance marketing acumen with product management discipline, ensuring that our marketing systems, data integrations, and bidding models deliver profitable, scalable growth.

This role is uniquely positioned at the intersection of marketing and product development—responsible for building the technical and analytical foundation that powers efficient, scalable acquisition. The ideal candidate will have hands-on aggregator experience, a deep understanding of the insurance funnel, and the technical fluency to collaborate with data science and engineering teams on system-level improvements.

You’ll define how we leverage data, automation, and experimentation to optimize every step of the aggregator funnel—from lead sourcing and scoring to conversion and lifetime value.

Your day-to-day
  • Manager Aggregator/Internet Lead Provider: Own and optimize Quanata’s aggregator and internet lead provider  channel investments, ensuring alignment with business goals, performance targets, and profitability thresholds.
  • Bridge Marketing and Product: Partner with Product, Engineering, and Data Science to design and enhance APIs, data pipelines, and automated optimization systems supporting lead delivery, scoring, and bidding.
  • Build Analytical Infrastructure: Define measurement frameworks, attribution models, and LTV-driven decision systems that improve how we evaluate aggregator performance.
  • Run Advanced Experimentation: Implement A/B and multivariate testing frameworks across creative, pricing, and bidding variables to uncover growth levers.
  • Operationalize Data-Driven Growth: Translate model insights (e.g., conversion probability, risk segmentation, DSS scores) into actionable bid and budget strategies.
  • Influence and Communicate: Present complex findings clearly and persuasively to executive stakeholders, connecting analytics and engineering insights to growth outcomes.
  • Scale Efficiently: Build repeatable playbooks for lead quality improvement, CPA optimization, and channel diversification.
About you
  • Master’s degree in a STEM field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Applied Math, Economics, or Data Science) or equivalent experience and;
  • 7+ years in growth marketing, growth product, or technical acquisition roles, ideally in the insurance, financial services or aggregator ecosystem.
  • Deep hands-on experience with major insurance aggregators such as MediaAlpha, EverQuote, Jerry, or PolicyGenius.
  • Advanced analytical and technical fluency—comfortable working with SQL, Looker, Snowflake, and data visualization tools.
  • Strong understanding of data architecture, marketing APIs, and attribution systems (e.g., Google Campaign Manager, MMPs, tag management).
  • Proven ability to design and execute experiments that inform product development and marketing optimization.
  • Experience collaborating closely with engineering and data science teams to operationalize models and automate decisioning.
  • Deep understanding of insurance lead funnels, including quoting, binding, and lifetime value economics.
  • Strong communication skills—able to bridge technical depth with business clarity.

Bonus points

  • Experience in auto or personal lines insurance, especially within a multi-channel or digital insurance marketing environment.
  • Exposure to machine learning-driven bidding systems or predictive lead scoring models.
    Familiarity with Python or similar tools for data manipulation and modeling.
  • Prior experience scaling growth through product-led acquisition or data platform integration.

Salary: $185,000 - $215,000*

*Please note that the final salary offered will be determined based on the selected candidate's skills, and experience, as well as the internal salary structure at Quanata. Our aim is to offer a competitive and equitable compensation package that reflects the candidate's expertise and contributions to our organization.

  • Work from Home Equipment: Given our virtual environment— in order to set you up for success at home, a one-time payment of $2K will be provided to cover the purchase of in-home office equipment and furniture at your discretion. Also, our teams work with MacBook Pros, which we will deliver to you fully provisioned prior to your first day.
  • Paid Time Off: All employees accrue four weeks of PTO in their first year of employment.  New parents receive twelve weeks of fully paid parental leave which may be taken within one year after the birth and/or adoption of a child. The twelve weeks is applicable to both birthing and non-birthing parent.

  • Location: We are a remote-first company for most positions so you may work from anywhere you like in the U.S, excluding U.S. territories. For most positions, occasional travel may be requested or encouraged but is not required. Some positions might require travel per the job description provided to the employee. Employees based in the San Francisco Bay Area or in Providence, Rhode Island may commute to one of our local offices as desired.  
  • Hours: We maintain core meeting hours from 9AM - 2PM Pacific time for collaborating with team members across all time zones.
