Salary Range: $90,000 - $110,000 USD + Performance Bonus

Role Summary:
We are seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to own and aggressively scale Incubeta’s demand generation, pipeline, and brand presence across the United States. This is a marketing leadership role reporting directly to the VP, Growth. You will be responsible for building and executing the entire US growth marketing engine.
Key Responsibilities:
The primary objectives for the Growth Marketing Manager include:
- Strategy & Budget Ownership: Own the full US growth marketing strategy and budget, covering paid, owned, and earned channels.
- Pipeline & Revenue Generation: Deliver aggressive, quarterly marketing-sourced and influenced pipeline targets that directly fuel US revenue goals.
- Cross-Functional Partnership: Partner tightly with US Sales, Client Services, and Partner (Google) teams on Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy, content, events, and overall strategy.
- Program Execution: Design and execute high-impact Account-Based Marketing (ABM) programs targeting enterprise brands and CMOs (e.g., Podcasts, Webinars, RoundTables, Dinners).
- Media Execution & Thought Leadership: Run Incubeta’s own paid media campaigns in the US market and develop US-specific thought leadership, events, and content that positions Incubeta as the #1 Google partner.
- Performance Culture: Instill a rigorous test-and-learn culture across channels, creative, and offers.
- Reporting & Representation: Present monthly growth performance to the US Leadership Team and Global ExCo (covering pipeline, MQL/SQL volume, CAC, ROAS, revenue influence) and represent Incubeta at key US industry events (e.g., Google Think, Advertising Week).
- Growth Objectives: Grow YoY Marketing-sourced opportunity pipeline in the US and build recognition for Incubeta as a top-tier Google partner in the US market.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- 3-5+ years in digital/performance/growth marketing.
- Experience leading growth marketing strategies, particularly within the Ad Tech/Marketing Tech industries.
- Proven success scaling B2B demand generation in the US agency or martech space.
- Deep, hands-on expertise in US paid media ecosystems.
- Track record of building ABM programs that successfully land and expand enterprise accounts.
- Strong commercial mindset, with a focus on pipeline numbers, LTV:CAC, and revenue attribution.
- Ability to travel up to 25%.
- Agency-side experience is strongly preferred.
- Existing relationships within Google US teams is a significant advantage.
Most new hires fall within this range and have the opportunity to earn more over time based on individual and company performance. However, the initial salary offer is based on several factors such as the individual's location, relevant knowledge, skills and experience for the position.
