Mangomint is a fast-growing SaaS company on a mission to make every salon and spa more profitable. We are already the highest-rated salon and spa software in the US and Canada with thousands of customers and seek to become the #1 market leader in the coming years.
We’re a fully remote, fun, and ambitious team and get together every few months in person. As we grow, we’re looking to attract high-potential individuals who want to be part of a winning team. If that’s you, come join us!
About the RoleAs a Senior Growth Marketer at Mangomint, you’ll work alongside our Head of Growth Marketing on a small team of generalists who treat growth like a product: strategic, data-informed, and highly experimental. While you don’t need a background in marketing, you do need to be a strong problem solver who knows how to structure a plan, analyze results, and make things happen.
In this role you will run high-impact projects across the funnel, from improving website conversion rates to managing paid marketing channels, to occasionally getting scrappy with local outbound outreach (yes, even walking into salons or spas when it makes sense). The role is project-based, fast-moving, and collaborative across teams.
If you're highly analytical, comfortable managing your work independently, and excited to own measurable outcomes, you’ll thrive here.
As a Senior Growth Marketer at Mangomint you will:
Own and execute high-impact growth projects across the funnel—often focused on improving website conversion rates, performance-based advertising, and customer lifecycle programs
Design and run experiments with a clear hypothesis and thoughtful execution
Analyze data from multiple sources—Google Analytics, product usage dashboards, customer interviews—and pull out meaningful, actionable insights
Collaborate with teams across the company—like Design, Data, and Engineering—to uncover and activate new growth opportunities
Jump in where needed, zoom out when necessary, and prioritize activities that grow Mangomint’s brand awareness and customer base
What We're Looking For
Minimum 1–3 years of experience in consulting, business operations, or another analytical, project-based role
Experience working with both quantitative and qualitative data to inform decisions (dashboards, spreadsheets, customer interviews, etc.)
Self-directed and resourceful—you know how to build a plan, get buy-in, and make progress without needing constant direction
Strong problem-solving skills and bias to build from first principles—you don’t rely on playbooks or “best practices” and prefer to start from the actual problem
Low-ego and intellectually honest—you’re not afraid to say what didn’t work, or to play devil’s advocate when the team needs it
Agile and adaptable—you prioritize well, move fast, and shift gears when priorities change
Clear communicator who’s comfortable collaborating across teams and functions
Note: Preference for NYC-based candidate—while we're a remote-first team, you’ll be working closely with teammates in New York who value the option of ad-hoc co-location.
