Make Your Mark:

Join BlackLine’s Creative team as a Senior Designer specializing in Figma-first asset creation, digital publishing, and workflow efficiency. Working alongside our Lead Designer, Senior Designer, and Designer, you will serve as an agile collaborative team member who employs, upholds, and refines our design standards, templates and design systems. You will create compelling visual touch points, deploy scalable digital publications and campaign assets, and maintain vector-first standards that help the entire creative team produce higher-quality work together.

You'll Get To:

Core Responsibilities & Team Enablement 

  • Asset & Publication Production: Execute scalable, interactive multi-page digital publications, responsive campaign assets, and event touchpoints in alignment with BlackLine brand templates. 

  • Template & System Alignment: Contribute to team-wide adoption and maintenance of existing Figma templates, auto-layout assemblies, and interactive UI component libraries. 

  • Process & Tooling Efficiency: Partner with peers to explore modern design tools, maintain template hygiene, and integrate AI productivity workflows across the design team. 

  • Collaborative Campaign Delivery: Work closely with design peers and marketing stakeholders to deliver high-converting collateral that reflects both brand consistency and individual creative strengths. 


What You'll Bring:

Qualifications & Skills 

Required Experience 

  • 5+ years designing digital marketing environments (in-house or agency background in B2B software preferred). 

  • Figma Mastery: Expert knowledge of auto-layout, interactive components, responsive constraints, template usage, and seamless developer handoff. 

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop and Illustrator) for complex image editing and vector illustration. 

  • Portfolio showcasing end-to-end campaign execution across web, mobile, and digital publication formats adhering to established system guidelines. 

  • Experience leveraging modern AI applications (Claude, Figma AI, Gemini) for ideation, asset generation, and workflow optimization. 

  • Excellent communication skills with an open, team-first approach to sharing technical skills and template knowledge. 

 

Bonus Experience 

  • Experience managing enterprise DAM workflows (Brandfolder or similar asset repositories). 

  • Ability to create bespoke digital vector illustrations and editorial assets. 

  • Skill in UI motion design, Lottie export workflows, and micro-animations via After Effects or Figma. 

 

Reporting Structure & Team Dynamics 

  • Reports to the Design Director 

  • Collaborates with Creative Team (Senior Designer, Designer) and Cross-Functional Marketing

Salary Range:

$95,000.00-$119,000.00

Pay Transparency Statement:

Placement within this range depends upon several factors, including the applicant's prior relevant job experience, skill set, and geographic location.

In addition to base pay, BlackLine also offers short-term and long-term incentive programs, based on eligibility, along with a robust offering of benefit and wellness plans.

We are committed to pay transparency and ensuring candidates have clear information about compensation expectations. For roles that include variable incentive components such as an Incentive Compensation Plan (ICP) or On-Target Earnings (OTE), the compensation structure may follow a split model – for example, a 50/50, 70/30, or 60/40 ratio between base salary and variable incentive.
