Leads graphic design and marketing content initiatives to promote ORAFOL Americas products and maintain brand consistency. Responsibilities include social media management, video production, website and email content, SEO, product page maintenance, copywriting, art direction, and development of catalogs, brochures, advertisements, and other collateral. The role coordinates project scopes, timelines, budgets, internal and external resources, and distributor brand compliance.
Responsible for promoting brand awareness and sales of ORAFOL Americas products through content development and execution of effective marketing communications, materials and programs. This position is also responsible for maintaining the integrity of the ORAFOL brand identity with graphic and artistic production throughout all marketing touch points (including print, websites, email, social media, retail signage, POP, packaging).

Marketing Content Specialist Functions:
- Social Media Management:
- Content curation, message creation, post scheduling, end-user comment and direct message communications, analytics reporting for ORAFOL Americas and Craft_with_ORAFOL social media channels. (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Tik Tok, YouTube)
- Video Production and Editing:
- Work with ORAFOL Americas Market Managers and Graphic Innovations Marketing Director to conceptualize, story board, produce market specific product and application videos for the promotion of ORAFOL manufactured products.
- Website and Email Content Creation and Distribution:
- ORAFOL Americas “Discover Innovation” monthly newsletter and website (www.discoverorafol.com)
- ORAFOL Marketing Content Distribution website (www.orafolmarketing.com) (ORAFOL Distributors dashboard to download product photos, logos, brand guidelines, and other digital assets to activate through their unique websites, newsletters, email campaigns and social media channels)
- Targeted emails based on monthly marketing plan to reach ORAFOL distributors, authorized resellers, end-users, and other specific markets such as craft and restyling.
- SEO (Search Engine Optimization) and Website Maintenance
- Implementation of SEO based on customer and specific department needs for better search parameters on the ORAFOL Americas website and popular web browsers.
- Regular review and implementation of keywords for each product page to ensure www.orafol.com product pages appear on page 1 of a web search.
- ORAFOL.com Search: Regular review and implementation of keywords for each product page to ensure the correct products display when searching a specific phrase or application on the ORAFOL website.
- Work with the Marketing and Communications team in Germany to create new product pages for product launches and product page edits as needed.
- Work with Product Support and Market Managers to update Technical Data Sheets as needed.
- Regular review and implementation of ORAFOL.com Product Pages to ensure product

Senior Graphic Design Functions
- Responsible for planning, organizing, and communicating project scopes with internal and external personnel to ensure deliverables are met and executed.
- With direction from the Graphic Innovations Sales and Marketing Director - design, develop, and implement user-friendly corporate collateral, such as catalogs, brochures, flyers, color swatch fans, color charts, corporate and end-user email communications, sales demos, internal and external corporate documents, etc. for the various markets that ORAFOL serves – Automotive Films, Advanced Polymers, Graphic Innovations, Reflective Solutions, and Adhesive Tapes.
- Provide art direction and copywriting while maintaining corporate brand standards and usage guidelines instituted by ORAFOL Europe to ensure brand consistency across all design, marketing, and communication platforms; monitors company and distributor usage to ensure compliance.
- Implementation of SEO based on customer and specific department needs for better search parameters on the ORAFOL Americas website and popular web browsers.
Qualifications
Education Requirements:
- College degree or equivalent experience in Graphic Design or Marketing.
Work Experience
- At least 7 years of graphic design and related marketing experience preferred
- Two years of relevant experience with an agency and/or graphics industry experience preferred.
- Strong project and time management skills are a must
- Demonstrated skills in creating effective visual communication materials (such as brochures, catalogs, ads, email, web, direct mail, exhibit) using popular design and pre-press programs such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, In-Design, Acrobat, Premier, etc.)
- Media buying and planning experience preferred.
- Ability to develop and execute project plans and budgets
