The Partner Program Manager will have a passion for connecting cross-functional departments and creating programs to advance our position in the market through the channel community. This person will manage and expand our Global Partner Program helping us launch the new program in January of 2023 and creating a best-in-class partner experience moving forward. They will work for the Sr Director of Global Partner Programs and Enablement to execute on an effective strategy for our current and future Global Partner Program goals and work collaboratively with our Channel sales team to achieve business goals.

They will leverage their channel expertise to enable partners to develop business opportunities, prospecting, increase their book of business, and build a solid pipeline of potential customers.  Additionally, the ideal candidate will have a mastery in project management, marketing, and sales enablement activities.  The person must be a self-starter with strong organizational skills, a project management background, and strength in communicating with all levels of an organization.  They will leverage their expertise and coaching to enhance the partners sales skills, product knowledge, and industry understanding to take their business to the next level.

Responsibilities

  • Experience supporting and scaling a Global Partner program
  • Ability to plan and execute strategic marketing campaigns that generate increased program adoption
  • Experience with developing and tracking success metrics for program evaluation and partner benefits leveraged
  • Proven track record working hand-in-hand with sales and product management to drive growth and opportunities.
  • Production of educational and promotional marketing content: emails, social posts, webinars, direct mail, presentations, partner portal updates, and customer success stories.
  • Field marketing expertise to drive partner engagement at in-person and virtual events through sponsorship, content and promotion.
  • Convey the overall value of people centric security and the channel positioning for all aspects of the product
  • Outstanding command of prospecting, communication, presentation, and relationship building networking skills
  • Essential understanding of the challenges of channel sales, sales, security technologies, and ability to provide guidance and navigation solutions to partners
  • Complete understanding of a 2-teir distribution model and the unique constraints and needs at each level
  • Conduct regular reviews of program effectiveness to use for program improvements

Requirements

  • 5+ years of direct experience in Channel Sales, Partner Sales Programs and Promotions, Channel Enablement or Channel Marketing related roles
  • 4+ years of experience establishing, building and scaling a multi-tier partner program
  • Project management skills including platform development and expansion
  • Experience building relationships with partners of all sizes
  • Broad marketing skills including lead generation and events.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Must be self-driven, creative, strategic, and highly organized.
  • Previous experience working with cross-functional teams.
  • Highly skilled relationship and rapport building skills to assist and help drive success.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
  • Ability to conceptualize and sell ideas internally
  • Excellent time-management and multi-tasking abilities
  • Strong Copywriting and presentation development skills required; design acumen preferred
