We're looking for a Senior Fullstack Software Engineer to join our growing engineering team. In this role, you will be responsible for the design, development, and maintenance of our corporate and product-focused web applications and websites. You will leverage your expertise in modern web technologies, including PHP and JavaScript frameworks, to build secure, reliable, responsive, and user-focused digital experiences used globally.

As a senior member of the team, you will help drive technical architecture, engineering best practices, and technology adoption across web platforms and services. You will also contribute to backend development in PHP, Go, or Java, collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, mentor other engineers, and help evaluate and implement modern technologies, including cloud-based and AI-powered solutions, where appropriate.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain globally used corporate websites, product websites, and web applications.
  • Define and lead the team in adherence to best practices for building scalable, secure, accessible, and maintainable web applications.
  • Provide technical leadership on application architecture, scalability, performance, and reliability.
  • Coach and mentor less experienced developers through technical leadership, code reviews, and best practice guidance.
  • Develop, maintain, and optimize backend services using PHP, Go, or Java.
  • Build responsive, mobile-friendly web experiences that provide an exceptional user experience across devices and browsers.
  • Collaborate with design, product, and marketing teams to translate Figma and Adobe Photoshop designs into production-ready web experiences.
  • Implement and maintain SEO best practices, website performance optimizations, and web accessibility standards.
  • Develop, customize, and maintain content management system (CMS) platforms and integrations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to evaluate, integrate, and support cloud-based and AI-powered solutions that improve customer experiences, business processes, or engineering productivity.
  • Participate in technical evaluation and implementation of third-party services, APIs, and modern development tools.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 7+ years of experience in software engineering.
  • 4+ years of experience with modern JavaScript frameworks such as React, Vue, or Angular.
  • 3+ years of experience developing backend applications with PHP and either Go or Java.
  • Experience developing and maintaining corporate websites, product websites, or other customer-facing web applications.
  • Experience building responsive, mobile-first web applications and websites.
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices, web performance optimization, and accessibility standards.
  • Experience working with Figma and Adobe Photoshop assets and collaborating with designers to deliver pixel-perfect implementations.
  • Experience designing and developing scalable web applications and services.
  • Experience mentoring developers and contributing to technical design and architectural discussions.
  • Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
  • Familiarity with integrating third-party APIs and services into production applications.
  • Working experience with AI-powered tools, services, or APIs and an understanding of how AI technologies can be applied to real-world products and business workflows.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with Google Analytics, tag management solutions, SEO strategies, and digital marketing initiatives.
  • Experience integrating CMS platforms with third-party services and APIs.
  • Experience optimizing Core Web Vitals, website performance, and search engine visibility.
  • Familiarity with modern design systems and workflows using Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud tools.
  • Experience building and deploying applications within cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • Familiarity with containerization and modern deployment practices (Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, etc.).
  • Experience integrating AI services or large language model (LLM) platforms into applications.
  • Familiarity with concepts such as prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), vector search, intelligent assistants, and AI workflow automation.
  • Understanding of AI implementation considerations, including model accuracy, hallucinations, privacy, security, governance, and cost management.
