What You’ll Do
- Build and scale our Ruby on Rails web application, focusing on backend services.
- Develop and maintain user-focused applications and interfaces with Typescript and Lit frameworks.
- Design and implement end-to-end systems, including performance testing and system integrations.
- Identify, assess, and resolve bottlenecks or scaling issues.
- Contribute to building real-time capabilities and scalable microservices to support rapid data operations.
- Develop integrations with third-party APIs and ensure efficient data transfers to destination platforms.
- Always look for opportunities to make the product better and delight our customers.
The estimated salary for this role is $150,000 to $180,000 USD, and CAD. Total compensation will include a meaningful variable component and equity in the company. Final base salary decisions will be based on non-discriminatory factors such as experience, skills, and qualifications.
